Excellent service with next day delivery.

Ordered our Sirius 1200 tv unit in black. Was not disappointed, well packed, easy to follow instructions. Some of the threaded pieces already in sunk into the wood, everything lined up perfectly. Just over an hour to assemble and look real quality. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent tv stand: first rate quality and looks good in the room as a piece of furniture

We brought a tv unit for our new tv and after nearly four hours we found it was faulty, and I rang The Plasma Centre and asked me to send photos via email, which I did and have been communicating with Joe. Well I can’t thank him enough for helping me through this issue, and at no point did I feel he wasn’t bothered in getting this matter sorted. I would highly recommend this company for its amazing service and also their aftercare. Nothing was too much for them and this matter was sorted with no hassle. Joe deserves to be recognised for his professionalism and his high standard of customer service. He is a real credit to your company and as a former retail customer assistant, I know full well getting positive feedback from customers made my job more worthwhile. Thanks again Joe.

We were really happy with out tv stand. Very good quality, easy to assemble. It was packed extremely well. To hide the wires it would be better for us if there were some hooks or something that could keep the wires in place. That would be perfect.

Me and my partner purchased a TV unit. We realised it was the wrong size. Spoke to customer service who advised us to refuse delivery and a refund would be issued straight away.

No refund received after 5 days. Called and was told it would be processed that day. No refund received 5 days later.

Email to then say it was lost on return and I would not get a refund until the rest was received - despite being told a refund has already been processed?

Another call and was told to ignore the email and a refund would be processed that day. It wasn’t.

Now having to go through disputes via PayPal as I keep being mislead.

Good quality product, the only complaint is the courier that they use may not be as good as the product they sell.

I chose this tv stand to support a 43” tv. I am really pleased with it. It was easy to assemble and looks good too.

Good sturdy TV stand and looks very good. Only issue was an error in the assembly instructions. The end pieces, (parts 3 and 4) were incorrectly labelled i.e. part labelled 3 should have been 4 and vice versa.

Very happy with this stand. I have a 65in LG on the bracket and it fits nicely
