False Advertisment Avoid at all costs!!!
Placed an order for an item on Saturday 16th Oct. Item clearly states availabe for delivery 5 - 10 days (does not state anywhere that these are estimated dates). I have an extremely senior job so spend most days outside the UK i immediately emailed them that I can not accept the delivery till 22nd Oct. They have informed me now that they wont have the time for serval weeks? If you dont have items in stock why is it listed? Refused to give me refund as item order is placed! Do not pay via credit card directly use PayPal. so you can open a resolution and get your refund from them. Be warned. Rude staff and horrific customer services.

They were not issuing me a refund for their messup and false advertising! Therefore I informed them i would be taking legal action several companies have tried the same disgusting tactic with me saying items are in stock when there not so they can hold your money. I dont waste yoru time with these cowboys just review there feedbacks on reviews.io and trustpilot you will see there service quality and how 3rd grade their products are. Yes please do see my other reviews to help you avoid cowboy companies like theres :P Refund was given until i openned a paypal dispute and got lawyers involved.

We are extremely disappointed by this review. This product was on a 5-10 working day lead time - clearly stated when purchased. Our reply to the customer's initial request not to deliver until after the 22nd was:-
Hi Ali
These items can take a couple of weeks but I will add a note for it not to
be delivered before 22nd October. You will notified when it is on the way
to you. Is the delivery address supplied correct for your
new home?

This is not false advertising as we confirm we will deliver as requested after the 22nd to avoid it being delivered before moving in.
The following email from the customer to our email above where the customer threatens us with his lawyer (a respected Judge no less) and claims of successfully winning similar cases against Wayfair and Oakland (together with compensation plus daily interest) suggest this is not a customer we would want to deal with.
The order was cancelled and refunded in full on the same day yet we receive a review like this - we are not sure what more we could have done - but when you look further into other reviews left by the customer on Trustpilot we are not alone....

Terrible service
I have just bought a TV stand and one of the pieces is faulty, so I cannot use the stand as is. I called to ask for a replacement, and after holding on for 11.5 minutes the call was cut "due to a high volume of calls".

As a retailer we are very disappointed to receive this 1 star company service review for what would appear to be a manufacturing issue.
We sell brand new products from various manufacturers in sealed packaging. It is not possible to check items before they are dispatched but our customer service team are always on hand to assist and resolve any issues that may arrive.
Based on the name on this review we have been able to match an order and can see it was delivered two weeks ago. Since then we have received no communications giving us the opportunity to help.

I'm happy with the product and it's use but the fixings that came with it (especially the Rawl plugs) wasn't any good. As two them didn't tighten up and spun round.

Difficult to Assemble
Excellent speedy delivery from Plasma Centre. Very nice, sturdy TV stand but very difficult to assemble. Ended up phoning the manufacturers - very helpful but still had trouble. Instructions did not show that initial pegs had to be screwed down, hence the difficulty. Had to get son-in-law to assemble it!
