Bought a tv stand which said it would fit the tv on the websites , called the number to return the item, the customer service was really good until I’ve just had my phone bill in and I’ve Been charged £8.39 for a premium rate number for a 11 minute phone call AVOID AT ALL COST

Bought a Chepstow oak tv stand,
Looked lovely and good quality, but unfortunately did not look right in the corner of the living room.
Explained to them that I would like to return, they refused point blank( as sent by text to me their company policy of no returns once built) I tried to explain how can you tell if something will look OK before you built it. OK I understand their policy, but there was no leeway , no consideration, no customer service.
I was told to sell it on somewhere else.

We are extremely pleased with the TV stand we bought. Easy to put together. Would recommend this item.

Very good quality product, easy to assemble, and very well packaged.

Dreadful experience. I ordered a TV stand. It never got delivered. When I contacted them (on a premium rate number) I was told another stand would be sent out the following working day. It never arrived. Another premium rate phone call when I was told, they did not have any in stock and neither did the manufacturer. They then refunded my money.

The TV Cabinet was very well packed.The assembly instructions were very helpful and we were very pleased with the result.When the TV engineer came to install our new TV he said he was very impressed with the cabinet.

I ordered a walnut desk, very good price and the quality was better than price so pleasantly surprised. Arrived quickly but damaged box and a corner of the top was damaged, sent photo of damage and box..they immediately despatched replacement and arrived 2 days later. Flawless customer service well done! Also delivery driver was great, noticed a screw behind one of my car tyres on driveway so potentially saved me tyre replacement as well!

Delivered promptly, very easy instructions and everything fitted!

Delivered in good time, well packaged. Not too hard to put together. Really nice finish and looks great. I used the dark wood end pieces but it was nice to have the choice! I'd recommend the unit and The Plasma Centre.

Excellent product, the stand is sturdy, good looking, and fits our new 48" oled TV perfectly. Slight delay in arriving but Plasma Centre refunded express postage without me asking. Excellent customer service, thank you.

I am very pleased with the Sirius 1200, it is a very stylish cabinet which fits really well in the corner of my lounge and accommodates my hi-fi, sky box etc.
The cabinet assembly was fairly straightforward and I ordered it on a Friday and it arrived the following day.

Ordered a TV stand stated as in stock. Despite being informed it was being despatched it was not actually in stock! However we were kept informed and a couple of days later when sock had arrived it was sent and arrived on the new stated delivery date.
TV stand perfect.
