Great product great price delivery on time

The TV unit required self assembly taking roughly 1 hour to assemble.
My unit came well packed with no missing parts as that can sometimes happen.
The unit itself is really nice looking when assembled, just one negative would be that it is marked along the front edge of the unit. It's a bit annoying as it's not a cheap item but overall the item is really nice.

Very easy to order online. Delivered when promised and easy enough for one person to assemble.
Could possibly be split into two packages as quite heavy.
All in all a good experience.

great product a very easy to put together

The product (a T V stand not made out of glass and chrome) was very well engineered and made with sensible instructions which were logical and easy to follow.

The item was delivered very quickly and the packaging although heavy resulted in delivery of the stand swithout damage to the glass doors or major components.

Bought a elegance 800 tv stand top glass was scratched, they ordered a replacement part delivered promptly excellent company, recommended

There were a few mixed reviews on here for this company which almost put me off ordering even though their price for the product I wanted was the best I could find online by a decent amount. I am glad I did order with them though. Placed the order Wednesday night and the following morning I had a call from their team to book me in for a delivery. The courier service they use kept me updated on the day of delivery and the product arrived safely with no dents, marks or scratches. Really happy with what I ordered and will most definitely be using this company again.

Ordered a large TV stand via their website, which was easy. Unfortunately, the stand didn't arrive within the specified timescale. Email communication to enquiries was very slow. The premium rate line prevented me from phoning until I'd reached the end of my tether. After 6 weeks of waiting for delivery confirmation, I cancelled my order over the phone. It was another week before the refund process even started. Fortunately, the refund did come through. In the interim period, I'd managed to secure the same item via another company and received it within one week of ordering.

Love the TV unit we bought, easy to assemble and very stylish. Good value.

The TV stand I bought was fully and accurately described with measurements on the web site.
Purchasing was easy with prompt dispatch and delivery. Delivered flat-pack and well protected it was easy to assemble, but do read the instructions & pictures carefully to get everything in the right order. The price was very competitive and we are pleased with the appearance and performance of the stand.

The TV unit is fantastic, great quality, well thought out and easy to assemble.
I would have scored a maximum 5 if the packaging had been more environmentally friendly. Although protected well, there was so much polystyrene. Could the manufacturer not use formed card or paper that can be recycled, others do?

Easy to use website. Item as described and delivered on time. Communication was very good, keeping you upto date with despatch and delivery information.

Clear website, good choice of products and information. Easy ordering process.

Disappointed because this China made product came with four dowel holes in the wrong place so by the time I sourced the correct diameter of brad tipped drill bits and drilled four holes carefully in the correct place, that added an hour and a half to the build. Nevertheless, I am very pleased with the end result.

Great purchase one thing I would have thought for price it would be ready assembled however easy to assembled and looks fantastic
