Needed a new stand for our current television and after looking through the website there were many options to suit all budgets. After choosing one it was very easy to navigate the website and order what we required. The delivery was prompt and I was notified of what was happening at all times. Would definitely use again.

Very nice unit
I was looking for a ready assembled unit originally but loved the design of this one. Delivery was fast and on time and packaged very well. It was actually very easy to put together although it took a while to get the doors lined up (doesn’t it always 😊). Very sturdy unit. Very pleased.

Black gloss swivel tv unit.
Bought the black gloss swivel tv unit which looks so sleek ,it's solid well made and was relatively easy to put together the doors were more fiddly but got there in the end. Easy order and fast delivery packed very well and well worth the money I would definitely buy from this company again. And I highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying from them.

Web site is very easy to navigate with clear definition of article & its measurements.
Assembly of TV table took a little time however all instructions are clearly labelled & correct amount of bots, nuts, screws are provided.

Didn't start out the best
Didn't start out the best, first item went 'missing' (not sure it was ever sent looking at tracking) but it took me to email and live chat a couple of times to get a replacement sent. Was told 2-3 days on live chat before i placed the order but ended up ordering on the 17th and receiving on the 28th. I think the item was a little more expensive on Amazon but i thought i'd try and independent but on this occasion delivery was a bit let down.
The product is average, the chrome frame of the chair is slightly bent, meaning whichever way you try and tighten up the bolts (or even getting someone to sit on it whilst doing it) means the chair just rocks, and also has a horrible gap where the chrome tubes meet at the back of the chair. Right now i needed the chair badly so if the first delivery was anything to go by i wouldn't hold out high hopes for a speedy 'swap' of this product so i'll just live with it.

Avoid
Rang up for advice regarding wall bracket for Ferguson 40” Tv/DVD combi. The telephone number is premium 0844 2480561. Kept on the phone whilst the person “checked” he’d got the right bracket . This resulted in phone charges of almost £6.
Moving on the bracket arrived with a selection of screws. I’d booked a tradesman to fit on the wall in my bedroom. None of the screws fitted !
A trip to B&Q for compatibile screws and some washers to secure resulted in an additional cost of £6.
To summarise my £23.99 Thompson bracket cost me £35.99 in total plus tradesman’s extra payment.
Disgraceful. To ring and complain would have cost me more money.
My advice go where you can see, check the goods before paying and return FOC.
Avoid The Plasma Centre fir accessories.

We need to ensure the holes on the TV will line up and the bracket is capable of holding the weight of the TV. All of our brackets come complete with a large selection of bolts and spacers for securing the bracket to most TVs, if we had been advised of a problem we would have sent out any additional bolts free of charge.

There should be no reason for customers to spend money to contact us.
