Plasma had what I wanted!

Plasma had what I wanted - a hifi rack to house all 5 components of my system - at a good price. But I was most amazed by the next day delivery! Five stars all round!

MDA Antares White Corner TV Cabinet - Invoice 1026799

I purchased the above item as the product information stated: 'CABLE MANAGEMENT, It comes complete with cable management to hide unsightly wires at the rear, and clear and concise manuals for easy self-assembly'.
I was very disappointed to find that the cabinet does not hide unsightly wires at the rear as the unit is raised and therefore, you can see wires at the rear. Also, as the front of the unit is translucent, you can see wires inside the unit. Your website shows a TV placed on top of the unit with no wires attached!
This is a massive design oversight and needs to be corrected. A panel made of the same material as the top of the unit should be placed between the two side glass panels to hide unsightly wires. Andy Evans

Let down again

Promised a delivery with replacement part no show i was told don't worry AVF have sent out your order rubbish company,
The only star is Joe a least he try's to do his best pity he didn't work for a better company this lot couldn't run a bath.

Good value and very efficient

Ordered the AVF Buckingham FS1100BUCW Walnut TV Stand on Sunday 19th. Was delivered 21st February.

It was on at a very good discounted price.

A good quality unit and sent very well packaged.

Fairly easy to assemble even for a flat pack phobic.

Fantastic TV BRACKET

Fantastic TV BRACKET. VERY VERSATILE. COMES WITH A VARIETY OF FIXINGS TO SUIT ALL WALLS. easy to fix and operate. I already have five of these brackets or similar. All purchased from, THE PLASMA CENTRE, AND THEY ALL DO THE JOB.

Excellent product .. excellent service ! .

Was pleased to see they had the hi-fi stand i needed and at a good price , also for a nominal fee delivered on the day i wanted . Although it may be classed as 'budget' it looks amazing and classy and well made . Many thanks to the Plasma Centre for the great product and service .

Quality Product, Great Customer Support.

Bought a very nice Blenheim TV cabinet in Walnut from Plasma Centre, delayed and arrived damaged by DHL, Customer support at The Plasma Centre was first class and was sent replacement by express delivery the next day and the damage unit collected, love the cabinet, thank you.

Time wasters.

Waited over a week for a television unit to come.
Had DHL emailing me on a daily basis to say it was coming and it never arrived.
This became very irritating. I emailed the company, nobody responds. I spoke with the company on several occasions and find myself chasing them. They tell me DHL has lost my parcel.
How do you lose a TV unit?
I email DHL, no response ever came.
Finally Plasma Centre said they would send out another unit on the Friday.
DHL still messing around with the new unit on Monday, more emails of delivery dates that don’t materialise.
I have now been let down with two units.
Given the other reviews on here with the same issues I’d guess this company doesn’t even send out the item.
The two guys I spoke with were too laid back and would appear not to care.
I ended up cancelling my order on the Tuesday a week later by phone due to second unit not appearing.
Thankfully the refund came through fairly quickly, but only after an email prompt from me.
I finally ordered from a fantastic company who delivered a day and a half later.
Also at £15 cheaper than the Plasma Centre.
Don’t waste your time being messed around by these people who appear to be quite happy to mess you around.
Doesn’t deserve even one star, awful company which caused a lot of inconvenience.

To come back to your most inaccurate response you cannot even refer to the correct customer.
As per my email and bank statement my order was placed with you on Monday 28 Nov at 00.19.
This order never arrived.
On Fri 2nd December and after speaking with you we agreed on a new order. Your email confirms this at 14.54 on Fri 2nd Dec.
On Tue 6th Dec at 13.27 your email confirms a refund after 8 days. This was due to DHL giving yet more erroneous delivery dates.
I have counted over over 10 delivery alerts from DHL regarding dates and times with changes time and time again.

I never changed my review with inaccurate facts, I am giving you the true facts and have emails to prove it.
Please get yourself a new admin team and whilst you are about it maybe a new courier.

I strongly object to you giving out false facts about my experience when you are clearly referring to another customer. My wait was 8 days and not the 4 you are referring to.

It is concerning to find after we reply to your initial review, it is consequently edited to include factually untrue statements regarding a second shipment. Fortunately we have access to both of your reviews.

As per our initial response we never shipped two items, we offered to send a second item on the Friday and you declined our offer and you were refunded instead.

It is possible DHL may have sent further emails regarding the initial shipment until they found the item and processed the return back to ourselves, as already advised this is outside of our control.

Your order was placed on Monday 21st November @ 15:12 and you were refunded on Friday 25th November @ 15:38.

The whole process of order to refund was just over 4 full days.

Initial Reply:
We are sorry there was a problem delivering your purchase and to hear you were not happy with the service we provided trying to resolve the issue for you.

To say we do not send out products is hurtful and simply untrue. The tracking provided which is tied to your postcode showed the courier had picked up the parcel from us and their communication with yourself also confirms this.

Our support team are very customer focused and in these circumstances have to rely on the information coming back from a courier, we appreciate this can be time consuming and frustrating. Our hands are tied we rely on external courier services and occasionally items go astray or are delayed which is out of our control.

We offered to send a replacement but you wished to cancel, we confirmed this and the refund was done the same day. The parcel ended up being returned to us a week later.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.
