Wasn’t sure about ordering my tv cabinet on line. I had seen the one I wanted in John Lewis and the same one was literally half the price with Plasma Centre. It arrived super quick, however, I had changed my mind on colour. I messaged Bradley and he said it was no trouble, to refuse the delivery and reorder. I did this and the replacement came 2 days later. Would highly recommend.

Great website easy to use, our TV stand was a great purchase just as it was shown on the website including measurements. Arrived promptly, we chose next day, ETA was spot on, polite and friendly delivery driver, and packed really well. We chose the oak panelling but we were surprised and very pleased that the walnut panels were also included, as we weren’t 100% sure which one would suit our decor best, we chose correctly fits in perfectly. We needed a couple of extra screws as one had cross threaded, I did an on line chat and our replacement screws arrived within a couple of days, great service.

Ordered a bundle of a TV mount and soundbar mount. The soundbar mount will not fit onto the TV mount (confirmed by our installer) emailed twice to try and resolve, no contact.

Ordered a TV stand which took one day longer than quoted to arrive. When I attempted to erect a part had cleaarly been used previously (screw holes enlarged and split). I contaced the store online and received an excellent response. Passed on the manufacturer to deal with. They did replace the parts after a few further days wait without and communiction of epected delivery day / time at all.

Decided to buy a wall mount tv bracket as have used this company before without any problems.
I put in the make model and size of the tv and the bracket which was compatible was purchased,however This time though I found that the fixings supplied to fix the bracket to the back of the tv were unsuitable,hence having to run around and purchase extra bolts.Now the bracket is up am pleased with quality of bracket which seems to be very sturdy

First class customer service:Purchased two intel 1500 led tv units, and have had a few issues, with damaged panels and colour matching, however the customer service I have received has been excellent in resolving the problem, with prompt replacement parts sent out. Tv unit and stand were exactly as described on Web site photos, oak finishing just the shade I wanted. The product was delivered on time and the driver was very helpful

I was placing an order for AK 100B bracket set for sound bar. However it was out of stock so asked to be notified and that happened! Great start. Placed the order when notified and received within 2 days, great service! The challenge was to see if this bracket set would work as I already purchased the Easel for our LG screen. This TV was originally wall mounted with the sound bar directly below and looked like one piece instead of two sections. It took a couple of attempts before settling on a compromise where the sound bar bracket was attached to the TV bracket but using spacers to bring it out enough to position against the easel angled legs. This works a treat and although not how it should look, comes a close second and still looks good.

Order was delivered very quickly. Product received(t.v corner unit)was of good quality and was easy to assemble. Very pleased with purchase.

The tv cabinet arrived unbelievably quickly. It was easy to assemble. A couple of screws didn't bite into the mdf but that was easily fixed. If threads had been dropped in that would be good but hey for the price this is a good value unit!
It looks well enough when assembled too.
Id recommend the product and the company to you.

I have been thinking for a long time about replacing my tv unit for a few years now but could not find anything I like better to replace it with then over the last 6 months I have been looking desperately to replace it yet again couldn’t find anything better until I finally came across this unit and I knew this was what I was looking for without even knowing it existed then I was worried about was this a scam website because the price was too good to be true or the quality was very poor. Well all my worries were put aside once my partner put it together by himself in just over an hour and it looks gorgeous every that’s seen it mentioned how good it looks and my sister is about to pitches one herself. Could not be happier with it thank you.

Ordered this tv unit Elegance1050 yesterday, here the very next morning, packed extremely well, a little hard and fiddling to assemble, and the colour oak is a little darker than we thought, but saying that it still goes with our other furniture, the quality is REALLY great looks expensive very well made and sturdy, so all the pain of putting it together is very well worth it, definitely would recommend this company, well pleased...

As a woman who has never had to buy TV equipment before, my questions were answered honestly, I was looking at a bracket in the £90 region and was advised that one for £49 would do the job just as well; it arrived within 2 days. The person who came to fit it said it was great quality and wanted to know where I had got it- Happy to recommend!
