Good experience with fast service!
They did not have the one I originally ordered, but I was ordering late in the season so that was my fault. So I ordered the next one up which I was thinking about ordering in the first place. I have it all installed now and it looks nice. I received the cover ordered within 2 days once we figured out which one we was going with. Daniel Jacobson was very helpful with getting the right one out for me.

Below standard will not make a purchase with them again
Standards of product is below standard. Eyelets were crushed, threading was torn and falling out, cover was not as it was stated to be. I have a 30 ft round pool and ordered a cover for a 30 ft round pool. With some added engineering it barely if that covers my pool. Very disappointed and will not make another purchase

I was just a bit apprehensive to shop online for something like a Winter pool cover! But....the products were decribed very well....including the size and the thickness of the cover. Was very surprised and happy when the cover arrived in only 2 days !! And shipping FREE ! handling charge was only $8.00 for any size pool cover.
the pool is closed....and the cover fits perfectly! i would reccomend this company to others who are looking for quality pool products at reasonable prices !!
