What is not to like? Andrea worked with me for three days, supplying diagrams to ensure compatibility with existing anchoring. The cover was delivered in two business days and was exactly as described. Installed today.

We ordered our cover online from the standard selections after reviewing all of the information on how to determine the size that we needed. The product shipped out within the next 2 days and we had it within a week and is a very quality cover and all of the information and parts that were needed to install and a much lower cost than the local pool companies had priced to us. We will be doing business with them a gain for all of our pool needs.

Wanted to buy a pool cover for my mother-in-law for Christmas. The sight was easy to navigate and found exactly what I was looking for. Easy to order and arrived within 2 days! Very happy and would recommend them to anyone!

The pool cover fit great. The only complaint I have is the quality of the winch. It needs to be bigger. Also it would work better with a bigger handle on the crank. Having said that I would still recommend the Pool Centers to anyone and plan on making future purchases from them.

Received merchandise within 4 days of ordering super service from company. The cover and water tubes were exactly as described great products and price.

This pool cover is well made. It has an edge binding, reasonably spaced grommets, and does not seem too thin. Time will tell how well it stands up to the winter weather. It was delivered within five days of ordering with standard shipping.

We've ordered from The Pool Centers before and received our order in no time. It took a little longer this time, but I would definitely recommend this company to a friend.

I called customer service to get help ordering the right size pool cover. I had exact measurements of the pool and steps. They told me what size to order. I ordered exactly what they told me. It was at my house quickly, but after I unfolded the cover, it was very apparent that it was the wrong size. I called them to exchange the cover and then told me that I was not able to exchange it, even though it was their bad information. Customer service told me that they would give me 30% off the right cover. I ordered another and its not at my house when promised. I hope that when it gets here it is the right size,,, I am very unhappy with the whole situation.

Follow-up - they contacted me immediately and are working to resolve my concerns. I am impressed with their support.

shipped fast. cover was torn and patched. works OK but looks bad. the caps on the water weights were nearly impossible to close. I ended with a board and hammer just to close those caps

I was exceptionaly happy with my choice to order my new pool cover from The Pool Centers. Their site was very easy to navigate, with abundent information on the products they offered. I felt extremely confident when i placed my order, I would be receiving the best possible product to meet my needs. I placed my order at 11 am on Thursday and the package was at my door step by 10 am friday. The cover is very well made and offered at a great price.

We received our pool cover within a couple of days and was pleasantly surprised that it was of high quality. Normally they feel thin and you can expect they won't last but this one seems more durable. Very happy with it.

Good range of product choices. The delivery was efficient. There was a handling, but no shipping charge, and the pool cover wasn't light. Highly recommended.
