The present shop dealt with my order very quickly and i received it just a few days after ordering. Package was very securely wrapped. Having searched for Birthday Cherished Teddies for my granddaughter who is now four, I was delighted to find them at The Present Shop. It's too late for granddaughter number one but just right for granddaughter number three whose mother already has a huge collection of the teddies. I ordered numbers one to five and a Christening box. All arrived very quickly, well packed and in perfect condition. I have already recommended the store to a friend and won't hesitate to do so to others. A big "Thank You" to The Present Shop.

I recently purchased a Jim Shore Disney Figurine of Donald Duck. It arrived very quickly and securely packed, but unfortunately when I opened the box his head was broken from his body. I immediately phoned the shop and explained, and the lady I spoke to apologised, and said she would replace the item, and send at the same time a post paid label for its return.
The replacement came within two days, and this time he was in one piece. I was dealt with politely and there was no haggling about a replacement, I would recommend the store to anyone. Mrs M L Knowlton

I thought that I would get in front by ordering some Birthday and Xmas presents early. The speedy delivery I received was excellent, the price reasonable, and the products excellent. I would certainly use The Present Shop again.

Great company to deal with, I had a small issue which was my fault not theirs concerning delivery and I e-mailed them with my problem and i was assured it would be fixed and to there word it was, everything got delivered to correct place next again day as it should.
I ordered the coffee gift set for my husband and he just loved it great product great value for money.
