I placed an order only a week before I needed the pencils for an event abroad. They have been very honest awarding me that it was very late especially for the international delivery. We found the printed pen site to be very reasonably priced compared to other websites. The turnaround time for quotes was excellent as was the Customer service.
I had a small issue regarding the print of one of the letters, and of course questioned this. I was reassured twice - once the phone and then also by e-mail. I would definitely recommend using these guys; in my experience they are very helpful and the delivery arrived on time as promised.

We turned to this company very last minute after being let down by another printing service. Not only were they extremely kind and helpful but professional and quick with the entire process too. We managed to get our products on time and will be using their services in the future as well as recommending them to other companies.
