I contacted a few promotional pen companies for quotes as normal and was shocked by the response from some. It ranged from off hand response to stories about the pen I wanted being discontinued and unavailable. The Printed Pen site was a joy, they understood my exact request and time issues and delivered on time. Great service and price - thank you.

I ordered 100 personalised pens for my daughter's wedding (following the prompt delivery of a sample pen). The service I received was really good. Quick turnaround of proof and the fact that you supplied a picture of the final etched pen to showing me the result was brilliant. The quality of the etching was very good, considering the size of the text and logo be etched.
I received the final goods on the date promised.
