Great tea. I buy tea for my daughter and myself and we love your teas and the lovely cups with strainers and lids which make a perfect individual brew of choice. Easy to order online and prompt delivery with no unnecessary plastic packaging.

We're really sorry about this error. The order is a genuine order from one of our customers who had obviously mistyped their actual email address and inadvertently the resulting address is yours.
All their other details will have been correct as the order was paid for and delivered. Unfortunately the email address given for an order is then automatically contacted by Trustpilot a few weeks later to prompt a review - which we now see must have happened to you. We are really sorry for any upset this may have caused you but hope you can see that it is an error not of our making but simply a genuine slip of fingers on a keyboard by one of our customers. We will ensure your email address is removed from our system.

Fast delivery. Excellent design to the tea infuser-small holes to keep the tea leaves inside. Works a treat-just what I have been looking for. All others let out a third of the tealeaves into the cup ???

I can only recommend The Proper Tea Co. for an excellent loose leaf Earl Grey. Fantastic taste.
I was given a packet of tea as a present. Now I treat myself to the Earl Grey and enjoy it daily. I even purchased a colourful mug and infuser. The icing on the cake!
