Insufficient information on the product and it's usage
I think who ever designed the label has done a lazy job. There is no information as to how and when to take the proteins with your daily meal. Just before and after training.
Well I bought the chocolate flavor and the taste is okay.

Not happy, placed an order and when it came 1 item was missing and they had sent the wrong flavour. Called them and they was really helpful but still waiting on a replacement which was over a week ago.

Very happy.with them would purchase again

I have only just started to take the pills so I can't comment on the efficiency of the medication yet but the service has been excellent.

I have recently bought products from Protein Labs and find there goods and service first class

ease off ordering and help with an internet problem caused by wrong information given by another company service delivery of my order was completed and delivered in record time

My concern is about the services provided by the courier I paid next day delivery I and recived my parcel one week after. Also I didn't recived any e-mail from the protein,ab with my order confirmation , I have to call them and spend my money. Once again.

Wide choice of products. Clear and easy to understand website.

I ordered their Skinny Diva product, via a discount voucher website. I have used this product in the past, had good weight loss results and I like the taste. The link that I was sent didn't work, so I rang their Customer Services which answered the phone after a couple of rings and the gentleman on the other end was really helpful and polite. I have placed orders direct over the phone in the past and I have found the staff to be really helpful and friendly. The delivery is also very prompt. The product can sell it's self but it is always nice to have it at a discount price :-)

This is an excellent seller with very competitive prices. My order was sent to me without delay and was delivered very quickly. A full description of the item I ordered and full instructions were provided. I would recommend this company as being a good trustworthy seller.
