Nickys customer care is expectional! I ordered cowrie shell slides for a wedding. Despite her going through a family bereavement Nicky sent the slides well in advance and didn't even know I needed them for a wedding. Just quick customer service. Also because the postage was high for a few slides (I paid shipping automatically on Etsy) Nicky kindly asked if I wanted few extra items for free. Bless her she sent earrings, hair scrunchie, bubble gum and hand written note of thanks for the purchase. For anyone who is used to West African cowrie shells these are plain cream, not sure of their origin, but I was happy with them. Highly recommend ordering. Amazing customer care and quality slides. I would attach pic but don't know how sorry
