We have just installed a new driveway using materials from The Resin Mill. It is brilliant.
It was a large project, so we visited The Resin Mill to look at their demonstration areas to get a good view of what we could expect. We were assisted by Louise Wheeler (one of their sales people) who was very helpful. She obviously knew her stuff and the installers who use their products. We had already selected the installer but she validated our choice. This was a six-hour round-trip but worth every moment.
The installation has just been completed. It was done by Ultimate Resin Driveways Ltd (ultimateresindriveways.co.uk) and they could not be faulted. The result is just about perfect and well in-line with our highest expectations.

We have been using The Resin Mill as our preferred & only supplier for a good couple of years now. Excellent customer service. All staff are friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Price & quality very reasonable even with the current worldwide shortage issues. Next day delivery is fab! Would highly recommend you give these a try.

i cancelled an order i was told when i paid was free. then when i phoned them it was a £49 delivery fee even though i was never delivered. then they refunded with a £150 delivery fine included . what a dishonest bunch they are. do buisiness with them at your own peril

Had the pleasure of Steve Ayres of Ultimate Resin Driveways complete my resin driveway, from start to finish I could not fault them, the job was finished on time without hassle

I used one of their Approved Contractors - Steve Ayres - Ultimate Resin Driveways of Cambridge, Northampton & Norwich.

I had issues with litter left behind, resin bound gravel debris left to set in grids, slippery surface, holes & mounds in corners, untidy & omitted mortar work, a sharp trip hazard at the top of some steps and damaged blocks.

Also, the resin-bound gravel finished in mid-air under a fence contrary to The Resin Mill's fitting standards. It should have terminated against blocks or an aluminium strip.

Steve Ayres eventually sent his men down, but they arrived without any resin or gravel! How can you repair a resin-bound surface without the materials needed? They sorted the trip hazard using blocks, but bent the aluminium strip, and finished the mortar work - but it's still untidy.

The other issues remain. Messages go unanswered. On the phone, I got childish name-calling. Unprofessional/non-existent customer service.

The Resin Mill boast that they 'partner with like-minded contractors, who strive for customer satisfaction that exceeds expectations' and have 'standards of resin surfacing [that] has to be impeccable'. They seem to be happy to continue to work with Steve Ayres, despite having been alerted to the poor quality of his work making a mockery of the claims on their website.

We are regular customers of the resin mill and they haven’t yet disappointed...Great team. Quality resin.
