After a bit of googling I decided to buy some Riedel wine glasses as I only had a couple of cheap ones in the house (I moved country and didn't keep ones I had previously).
I bought various types of Vinum (German crystal) glasses, reasonably priced for quality products. I didn't splash out on hand-blown ones, maybe another day!
Dispatch & delivery was swift, packaging excellent and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I'm very happy to recommend The Riedel Shop for quality glassware.

Absolutely amazing business. Just purchased a decanter the wrong size called up and straight away they sent through a return label and free drop off at a local drop point. Lovely guy on the phone, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely shop here again and would recommend to anyone. Excellent customer service and beautiful products.

Riedel is high quality product and this shop a great place to buy it for competitive price. I called in because I was unsure of the exact reference of my glasses - a competent and friendly gentleman clarified the issue, and as the value pack I wanted was out of stock he put an alternative one back in the system just for me. Then everything was delivered the next day for free.
