Customer Service does not exist, buyer beware!!!!

Tried buying replacement screws for the hinge on the glass door on the side. They sent me a warranty form to fill out for replacements. I emailed back saying I did not have the proof of purchase they were requesting because it was a gift. They did not reply to 3 emails after that, or two phone calls which required a voicemail for callback. I'll not be buying anything else from this company!

After sales PERFECT

The customer service of this company is unbelievable , if I could give them 100 stars then I will give to them . At 8 June I sent an email about a problem to my riser cable which included to core p3 case they didn't response to me and I think ok lets buy a new one in the future. But today after 10 days they send me a new one .They check my business address in my email signature and they send it. In the future Thermaltake will be my 1st choice in everything they sell . Thank you guys

i boutgh thermaltake core x2 but the led of the front panel don't work (hdd led and the power led). I asked to replace the power strip but they said that for warranty i need to send back the whole big case to them. I asked if they sell it so i canbuy aftermarket and they said no they don't sell case parts. So beware if a case parts will broke after warranty you're left alone with it. Don't buy anything from thermaltake. They says to talk to amazon the place where i have bought it. Thanks god amazon has an excellent service that allowed me to order another case, trasnfer all the internal components to the new case and send back the faulty one.

Terrible Customer Service

Bought two items for a new computer build, one with a rebate on it. Submitted rebate, got the email verification and status updates. Checked back later to see status and it said it was processed and mailed, so got rid of the rest of the packaging. Never received the mailed material, so I call and they tell me that I submitted the wrong barcode (it was for the other Thermaltake product I bought). I ask them if there is any way to still process the claim since they have the receipt that I bought one and they said I had to send the original barcode in. So even though they have proof that I bought it, I won't be getting my rebate and had they just sent an email stating I had the wrong barcode, instead of saying it was processed and mailed, I could have sent it much earlier. I like Thermaltake products but customer service is something I value very highly, I definitely will not do business with them again.

Terrible Quality

I've only ever owned 2 Thermaltake components. My Thermaltake Level 10 GT Snow Edition case and a 750W gold rated PSU. The case's power button broke within the first 3 months, but I never RMA'd it because I didn't want to disassemble my pc, wait for replacement, then reassemble it. Later, I took the front panel off to discover that it was simply pushed in too far. I also discovered how unbelievably cheap the quality of the case is, since it's all cheap plastic everywhere. Mind you, this is a $180 case!!

Now less than a year after having the PSU, it is dying. As soon as I launch any game, the pc restarts itself even if the game isn't that demanding. I put the PSU in another pc and that one experienced the same issue, so I know 100% it's the PSU's fault. I contacted Thermaltake today and found out I have to have my original receipt from when I got it, then read online that I'll have to also cover shipping costs (not sure if true or not). I would have to drive 40mins one way to Fry's to try to get a copy of the receipt, so I am just going to scrap the piece of junk instead. It's not worth all that hassle over a $70ish PSU, especially if I have to pay for shipping. All they would do is ship me a replacement that would die in a few months anyways. Lesson learned, NEVER buying anything made by this crap company again.

Excellent products, excellent service.

I bought a Core P3 snow edition, couldn't be happier with it. It had a dodgy Gpu riser cable, which is a problem severel reviews mention. One email to U.S. customer service (buy mistake) and one to Tt Europe and it's been replaced with a working one. Which was nice. :)

Great Customer Service.

I've purchased several Thermaltake products in the past and I've never had any complaints. However, recently one of the flip out stands on the underside of my Poseidon Z RGB keyboard broke due to a child's rough handling. To my surprise it only took a 5 minute phone call to Thermaltake's customer support center for them to send me a replacement free of charge.

Good enough products and customer service

I've got 2 items from thermaltake so far and they are working great for their price. One is cooling pad which I haven't encountered with any problem, and the other is a gaming mouse which I had a problem which is solved. The mouse had a clicking problem, it was left clicking out of nowhere. They changed it and I've been using it for 3 months with no problem.

It's a 4 star because I got a defective product in the first place and waiting for it to be replaced was a little bit inconvenient for me. But I'm satisfied with the non-defective products and the customer service.
