Wish I'd read the reviews before I Ordered. no rug and no refund. Ordered on the 15th Nov still waiting for a refund on the 16th Dec. Don't bother

The Rug Seller’s product is great but the delivery service they use is shocking well my experience anyway. My rug was scheduled for delivery on three separate days, and despite waiting at home each time, it still hasn’t arrived. DXs Customer service assured me repeatedly that it would be delivered, so I rearranged my entire schedule three times based on their false promises. This is not just poor service—it’s outright incompetence.

I was delivered in the end sort of as rug was thrown over my 7ft gate into the alley

Having paid for my rug and being informed on 18th November that it had been dispatched following many emails I was informed today 4th December that it was in big demand and it was out of stock with a new delivery expected in March 2025. What a rubbish service. Talk about deceit. Quick to take my money regardless of what stock they had. would never buy from this company again.

The rug arrived quickly, well packaged and in good condition. The colours are true to the image on the screen and it is really good quality. Delighted with it.

Ordered a bedsheet during black friday sale, couple of days later they told me they don't have my item in stock, and i have to wait until the end of February. Because of this, i missed out on other black friday deals. Of course you can't trust if my item will ever be in stock so i cancelled my order. Horrible experience!

I have purchased a few rugs from here now. And have received them quickly. They are good quality thick rugs that last. Very pleased

Only had rug down 3 weeks and threads started unravelling on edges , told by company that I shouldn’t have used my vacuum on the carpet but the attachment tools instead , end of ! no help or offer of sorting this . Surely a rug should last longer than 3 week ! Overall very disappointing their customer service is lacking , would not recommend!!! Look after your customers Rug Seller and they will return !

It seems being liberal with the truth is not unusual for this company. Their info gives incorrect and inaccurate information.
They have a good line in waffle and probably wouldn’t know the difference between truth and actually what is real.
I have been very disappointed with The rug sellers attitude towards a paying customer. I have feel let down despite their attempts to placate me with info they knew was not true. How come they boast 1-2 days delivery, I have been waiting 8 days. This is a true account of what has happened to me. If you want truthful accurate information don’t buy from this company.

The rugs were of good quality which compensated for the long wait

There is a great selection of different colours, styles and budgets. The website is easy to use and I got a discount for my first order. The runner is exactly as described and of good quality, in fact it's better than I thought it would be. The delivery was excellent, within a couple of days. All in all a great company to buy from.

Easy ordering, prompt delivery, fabulous rug

I bought from this website to chase them a week later! They said their stockist had stopped manufacturing the product! Why was it on their website. Quick to take your money, 5 days to get it back! Livid

This company was advertising for a bed linen that they no longer had as it was discontinued. Misleading advertising. I bought 2 sets of the bed linen and instead of offering me a refund immediately, they sent a link for other options. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL. They did not even give me a order ref number. Presently I am chasing for a refund. I will keep you posted if they do not refund me.

Unfortunately the rug I purchased has completely faded after 6 months. The company has said it’s because I have hoovered the rug! I find that quite amusing as on their website it claims the Aurora rug is a hard wearing pile etc etc. I have read other reviews on here stating the same thing. This is not acceptable as I spent hundreds of pounds on this rug and it should not be faulty after just 6 months. My advice is purchase from a more reputable company. The sales team will also try to trip you up on how you have cared for your rug etc etc but it doesn’t matter what you say it will still be your fault as they know they are selling defective products.

I have used this company for quite a few years now. They are 100% reliable with good communication throughout. They have a huge range to choose from - and their pictures and descriptions are very accurate. Delivery is quick and efficient- especially with their express items . I have seen similar rugs in stores that are simply not as good quality as some I have purchased from The Rugseller . I thoroughly recommend this company!
