V Good at dealing with my complaint
I did have a complaint with the ordering system of this company but within a trice they responded to me ie human being on phone. I spoke to both Harry and Dani they were sincere, polite, concerned and in addition knocked off the cost of postage. Will definitely use this firm again the power pack torches are wonderful.
