I wouldn't use any other payroll package and have recommended this software to many people. I upgraded from Thesaurus Payroll to Brightpay and find the software easy to use and very stable. The software support is excellent and they are always prompt with their replies.

Great customer service, easy to use product, much better software than brightpay having used same briefly. Also good value for money. Definitely highly recommended

Brightpay is a user friendly payroll package, backed by great customer service. The response to changes due to Covid was immediate, with excellent correspondence and informative webinars .

It's the best and most user friendly wages system I have ever used and their helpline staff are friendly and always sort out problems (without making you feel stupid)

All information & assistance & communications plus phone & email communications are clear from customer services & all departments
& concise during this Pandemic & indeed at all times

All the guys at brightpay have been so helpfull throughout this year and last year since we joined .even went as far as doing alot of free online teamviewer sessions to help us out with the multipal changes that ewss and twss were uploading on the system it got a bit frustrating from revenues end but we litlery picked up the phone and spoke to brightpay done a teamviewer and was sorted in now time and to be fair they spent alot of time helping us with these issues and could have easily said you need to sort it yourself but they went far and beyond with there service which i think also the yearly fee is extremely priced well and fair considering all the extra help they provided also .

Brightpay provide an excellent payroll software solution thats easy to use, great functionality and inexpensive. They also have really good support. Keep up the good work

We have been using BrightPay Payroll & Connect Software since 2019. It has served us well in our management of the payroll process for over 2000 clients.

It is a very intuitive program and has excellent helpdesk support. The company is very responsive, this was very obvious during the roll out of our Government's COVID-19 Support Schemes.

Within days Brightpay payroll was able to facilitate the schemes in a way that took the pain out of it for us.

The Connect is a very useful tool that allows us to correspond with our clients.
