Only place with part in whole of UK
Urgently needed a console part to fix before Christmas. These guys seemed to be the only place in the whole of the UK to have the part, delivered fast and saved the day. Thanks.
Very good service
Very fast repair and return of item, in very good condition. Good price too! Highly recommend.

I sent my sons Nintendo switch in for…
I sent my sons Nintendo switch in for repair after he had put it on top of the log burner. It looked beyond repair!
I sent it to the save point and for £65 it was returned in what looks like brand new condition.
I’m really pleased with this company and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
Slow and unhelpful service, would not reccomend
I decided to use save point for a console repair as they had great reviews, unfortunately in my experience this was not the case, they ignored all my emails and messages through the website, after 2 weeks with no updates I give them a call and they don't know what's going on with my repair, I call them again after another week and they tell me they're unable to do the repair so they refunded me, the refund took another week! A further 2 weeks go by and the console has not been returned so I call them again to find out it has been sitting in their shop for 3 weeks after they said they would return it to me
the whole process took just over 6 weeks for me to receive my console back in exactly the same condition I sent it to them in
Every time i spoke to them the lady on the phone was very unhelpful and made it seem like a huge inconvenience that I had phoned them
I feel 2 stars is being generous, however I didn't have to make several more phone calls for the refund which was very unexpected
Absolutely fantastic service from…
Absolutely fantastic service from initial inquiry to finished repair. Sent my sons battered switch from England, repaired and returned in under a week and during a Royal mail Strike to boot. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.
Great Customer Service
On Monday I booked a repair online for my sons Nintendo Switch for collection on Wednesday. I received confirmation on Tuesday and it was collected by Royal Mail on Wednesday as promised. On Thursday it was delivered to The Save Point in Northern Ireland and on Saturday I received it back in fully working order to West Yorkshire. I was kept up to date through out by email. Highly recommend!
I had a Splatoon 2 Pro Controller and…
I had a Splatoon 2 Pro Controller and the right analog stick started to drift, which can be a big pain for anyone who plays on Switch.
So I sent it to the Save Point for repair (Mind you I had forgotten one of the screws on the right handle had a screw that was stripped) so I was really surprised and pleased they were able to get a screw without a thread out without any problem.
Overall, I’m really pleased with the service, the stick is no longer drifting and it didn’t take too long. 5 star service from The Save Point!

Absolutely fantastic service at a great price.
Fixed my sons Nintendo switch. Collected and returned within a week. They keep you up-to-date throughout. Will defiantly be my first choice for repairs in the future.
Elden Ring collectors edition
Bought the Elden Ring collectors edition on Tuesday, recieved it on the Thursday in perfect condition. Would recommend
Pretty good!
Pretty good services, they have the most recent ganes, accessories and even consoles and for a small local shop that's pretty good. Usually go there for amiibo and they'll usually have the newest releases like most places. Only way to go from there is up!
Fantastic service
Got a Ps5 from The Save Point after trying for months. They let everyone know what time it would be on their website etc they had a good selection of bundles also. I managed to get an extra controller with mine. Overall fantastic customer service. First time shopping here and will be shopping here in furture, shop local!
