Do not order from them, I never received mine email them few times never reply never got money back

Very bad experience, placed an order and never received it, nor a response from them. Total scam.

Ordered after shave .feb 4th 2024 . Got confirmation email and now feb 23 still waiting . Phone number answerphone . I'm livid !

Wish I have checked the reviews of this company before I purchased a perfume from them. Same problem here ordered a perfume, got confirmation email with order number. Received nothing. Tried to call them, email them, left message on whatsapp -no luck. Avoid this company.

A scam company, doesn't sell, just takes your payment and doesn't ship or answer e-mails.

Registered as a Dormant Company with Companies House but is still advertising and taking money from customers through the website. No response to emails. Phone number won’t accept calls.

This web site is fake no real business. Don’t believe the hood reviews they are fake too. They just take your money say they will refund and do not answer emails. The main phone line to the company is a mobile number :/

I would leave zero stars as this company is a total scam. ordered perfume for christmas and have not heard a thing other than the original email for the order.
cannot contact anyone, phone number doesn't work, email doesn't work, instagram link doesn't work, total scam company please do not use as they take your money and you get nothing and cant contact anyone.
Surely this is illegal???? this is daylight robbery and looing at the other reviews they must be scamming so many people!! just so wrong and upsetting. I will now try and get the money back via my bank

I believe them to be bogus. No way of making contact after taking your money. Had an email saying they refunded me without any explanation and guess what? No refund received!

Wouldn't give any stars but had to. No contact since taking payment, unable to make contact via phone or social media. Awaiting assistance from bank

SCAM!!!! Never had a delivery confirmation, email bounced back, phone rang once and was blocked after that. £105 loss.

BEWARE this company.
I ordered some aftershave but it didn't arrive, I then read the reviews on here and began to panic.
I tried to call them but they don't answer the phone, I sent an email asking for a refund and it bounced back as undelivered, but, within 15 hours I received an email saying they'd refunded me in full as the item was out of stock. I checked the bank and the refund was there.
However, the item I'd ordered that is now 'out of stock' is still available on their website to order, so this is definately a scam.

I placed an order on the 11th november, received a confirmation but so far no goods. I have tried to email but it bounces back. The telephone number allows you to ring it but nobody answers.

Not received the perfume set. Email bounces back and no phone number does not ring out.

Hi - I initially thought I had been scammed.

I rang the mobile number on the website and spoke with a guy who apologised, explained he had just taken over the website - looked up TWO orders of mine and FULLY REFUNDED me.

He apologised for the confusion.

I can appreciate prior to him taking over, there may well have been issues - but, not for me

I sent an email to this company as one of the aftershaves I wanted had been discontinued so I was wary that the item may be a copy. Needless to say I didn’t get a response so I’m so pleased I didn’t continue with the order as it seems it is a scam.

What a waste of time took £79,44 no perfume come only reciet that means nothing pone number no answer email address means nothing please read reviews before ordering anything of these scammers
