on more than 2 occasions they confirmed they would come to work on the garden and did not. communication is non existent , very sorry because they used to be my go to and professional and dependable. it pains me to leave a negative review, but.....

Really disappointed, booked a 4 hrs slot with head gardener and they never showed up, never returned calls and had gone out of way to buy materials for them after they confirmed visit. Really upsetting

They are the pits. Twice, using different mobile numbers, we have asked them to let us know when they were coming for a first visit/consultation, promising to ring us back with a date ... and they never contacted us. Subsequent phonecalls to find out why went unanswered. It seems they just don't care about striking up a good working relationship with new customers.

I would not recommend this gardening service. They know very little about plants, seasonal cycles, or timing the work accordingly. They did so much damage in my garden again and again, at times uprooting plants they themselves had put in for me. Didn’t do things we agreed on. Killed off several plants. Dreadful experience.

Reliable and good value for money service! They used their initiative and didn't need me to guide them at all. Very pleased, will be booking their services for a regular visits. They achieved great results in 2 hours, and their quotes are very fair.

Our garden was looking very tired and neglected as neither my wife or I know what to do other than cut the grass but since Kieran and his team have been working for us it has totally been transformed in just a few visits! It’s a pleasure to look out and see the lovely flowers and shrubs again. Thank you secret garden. I would totally recommend them.

Kieran and Curtis from The Secret Garden Company transformed our overgrown and bland garden into a beautiful decked paradise complete with a raised bed where we are now successfully growing our own vegetables!
They are extremely polite, professional, with attention to detail and their talents really reflect this with the end results of our garden. We are now able to use the garden as a separate room which has been wonderful!

The staff are always very helpful and polite even when dealing with difficult situations.

Honest, competent, hard working folk with a friendly engaging approach and an efficient administration that is flexible and informative with booking and follow up reminders. My garden is looking great and continues to please me. My guests always comment on how good the garden looks too. I know I can always rely on the gardeners to do what I ask and carry out my gardening needs. My only reservation is that the time keeping can be a bit off although there are always good reasons why.

Kieran and his team always give a good service. His team are polite and courteous and always seem to work hard while they are here. Always love to see the stripes on the lawn when they have been! Would recommend

I have been extremely impressed with every aspect of The Secret Garden Company involvement in my garden 'renewal'. Everyone I have dealt with (landscaping, gardening and administrative staff) have been so friendly, consultative and responsive. They all communicate well and make sure that their service is personalised. I now have a regular contract with them for garden maintenance. All their work has been high quality. I highly recommend this company.
