The whole process from initial home visit to final fitting of our shutters was professional and extremely customer friendly. There was an issue with one of our windows and we got excellent help to sort out the problem before fitting so everything went smoothly. Our questions were answered promptly by the team. No hesitation in recommending and we are delighted with our shutters

Sean came & fitted 4 shutters for me today & refitted a bathroom shutter (for free) as we had new windows & had to be removed.

I would have given more stars if I could!
We had a quotes from a few different places before deciding to go with The Shutter Shed but no one came close to being as professional as Sean was. It was very clear that he knew what he was talking about. He pointed things out about both our windows and requirements for our shutters which no one else did and it also made us feel very at ease knowing that the person taking the measurements was the person who would be fitting the shutters.
We were contacted a week before to let us know when the shutters would be fitted and on the day, Sean arrived perfectly on time and got straight to fitting the shutters and we barely heard from him until he let us know they were done. He left everything so tidy that you wouldn’t have known he’d been was it not for the beautifully fitted shutters.
Paula was also very professional and helpful whenever we called the office.
The shutters have transformed both our living room and bedroom and they are even nicer than we had imagined. Thank you so much for doing such a brilliant job - we will definitely be in touch once we are ready to get shutters in the other rooms in our house!

New Shuttersshutters we had…
Really pleased with the shutters we had installed by the Shutter Shed at our last house so we had them back to do our new house. Shaun was very patient with us as we changed our minds a few times about which windows in which configuration, and also the size of blades. In our bay there are four windows, and we decided on three splits for each window to vary both light and privacy individually. No problem! As it's usually the case it took a while for them to be made up, and Shaun the best part of the day to fit them, and he cleaned up impeccably!
Really happy with them!

Great shutters
One of our windows is a bay window which we thought may be a problem, but Sean was meticulous with the measuring up and fitting the shutters, even to the extent that he changed the window handles to get a better fit. The result is stunning, we are so pleased with the shutters on both of the windows. The shutter shed were very good to deal with, no hard sell, great communication, excellent attention to detail and very tidy. We would highly recommend them.

We always fit our plantation shutters with the best fit possible to the windows, not leaving any huge gaps and getting the shutters as close to the window as possible. We see a lot of badly fitted shutters where care has not been taken to do this and it really shows when viewing the shutters inside and outside. We love that you found us easy to deal with and you are right we do not do no hard sales! We always tidy up after ourselves and leave our customer's house as we would our own :) Thanks again and enjoy your new shutters :)
