Thank you so much Martha in Customer Service for helping me with my order which I placed over the Easter holiday. I called regarding the delivery of my two single mattresses, 8 inch orthopaedic/memory foam. Martha kindly called the factory for an update and had my delivery out for delivery the next day. Martha also assured me if I had any further enquiries that she was happy to answer them. Will definitely order quality products from yourselves again.

Just quick easy and simple

Bought 2 single mattresses through wowcher. Very good quality and the customer service was excellent. I had a slight delivery issue but Martha delt with it quickly and efficiently.

Martha in customer support was so helpful. Had an issue with the mattress purchased. Martha was quick to respond and rectify the issue. I am a happy customer and will return when I need another new mattress.

Bought a 2ft 6 memory foam mattress for my adjustable bed back in October as have damage at my spine and getting a decent mattress is hard.
Issue with it but not sleep people's fault and after contacting them this month (February) they went out of their way to help and sent me new mattress. Dealt with Megan who was extremely helpful and always responded very quickly to my messages.
Getting a sleep without being in extreme pain is difficult enough for me but what with the 10inch foam mattress and an adjustable bed this is not as much of an issue now.

I recently bought mattresses through the sleep people via b+q market place. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. I contacted them and Megan responded to my email. It has only taken 5 days for Megan to resolve this situation, can’t say enough about the first class service Megan has given me. Constantly emailed me to update me on the progress of the problem and how she was going to sort it.
A pleasure to deal with and someone that can get things done with minimal fuss excellent service.

Mattress arrived faster than expected. Looks very comfortable and looking forward to our nights out in the campervan now.

I have spoken to both Martha and Megan, they helped me request a refund on a mattress that I ordered the wrong size via wowcher, they were both very helpful and understanding I have now bought the correct size mattress through wowcher & this company again due to how kind and helpful they are

Product was easily ordered and kept upto date with progress, unfortunately the delivery went to the wrong location and Martha helped us resolve this quickly and easily. Always rate good customer service as it is sometimes rare in the current times.
