Very poor quality garment and overly expensive hype.
Forced to pay to return . The Small Home drag their heels acknowledging receipt of returned item ( tracked by Royal Mail) and similarly any refund due.
Not impressed at all.

We can confirm that your return was received and processed within our stated returns timeframe. As outlined on our website, returns can take up to 10 working days to be processed once received, and your refund was issued within this period following the Bank Holiday.
Our returns policy, including the £3.50 Royal Mail tracked return charge, is clearly stated on our returns page.

Gilet in my size was out of stock when I first went to order it so went on waitlist , I was contacted as soon as back in stock and only took a few days after ordering for it to be delivered. Great service and I love the gilet!

The size was listed as M/L and medium…
The size was listed as M/L and medium arrived and was not the roomy boxy gilet I had hoped for as a size 14 , I could not fit it over thicker clothes as was the plan. Over a T shirt is ok , but not what I wanted for the price. Misleading description.

Awful shopping experience
Awful shopping experience, slippers are massively inadequate to their large price tag but their customer support team are diabolical to say the least. You just get ignored and ignored when you want to return an item. Items arrive with no paperwork. I did manage to send the items back but I’m still waiting for confirmation and acknowledgment, and my refund.

Am a 6 but these were probably a uk 4, Iv raised a dispute with my bank and they are aware of this company anyway. Please save your time and money, you’d have more look writing to Santa clause than getting any acknowledgment from this ignorant company,.

We are a very small team, three of us are Mums working around our young families and this is our busiest time of year. We try our best to process returns as promptly as possible and we state on the Returns page of our website to allow up to ten working days for returns to be processed once we have received your parcel. This was explained in our email to you on Christmas Eve.
We do not include paperwork within our parcels to be more environmentally conscious and sustainable. We provide information on the returns page of our website to assist customers with the returns process and we are available to help at info@thesmallhome.co.uk.
You contacted us on the 22nd of December to request returns information and we replied on the 24th, the same day as you raised a return request with us. You emailed on Saturday the 27th to say your return package had been collected and we replied on Sunday the 28th thanking you for your message.
As your parcel was posted on the 27th of December it wouldn't have been received by us before Monday the 29th. Your refund was processed today, Thursday the 8th of January and we sent you an email to confirm this had been done. In the email we explained that it can take up to two working days for the refund to clear, (in some cases it can take up to ten working days). Taking into account the Christmas holiday period, we have processed your return within the ten working day window that we made you aware of.
We feel that your feedback does not reflect our customer service or products.
