Do not buy from this company or Larkbury (they're the same company). I bought 2 console tables on a 12 week lead time for my brand new home we built that were going to sit at the entrance and after around 16 weeks we were told the company was going into administration and now they wont answer the phone and have over £9,000 of my money!!! Not only have you stolen my money, I have had to buy 2 more console tables at a cost of £5000 extra. So that's over £14,000. I have given you many chances to email or answer the phone but no response.

Beware this is the same company as Larkbury London, who have left many customers having ordered and paid for furniture , never receiving it.

I purchased a chaise sofa November 23 the sofa is okay but the chaise cushion has gone flat on one side I ask if I could buy a replacement inner pillow but was told they couldn’t help not very good customer service

I just finished furnishings all my house from them. Started with two sofas which were of amazing quality and then decided to buy everything for my new house from them . Each piece is a masterpiece.
It’s not cheap but worth every penny

The bespoke joinery team is amazing. Antanas and his team did a wonderful job creating our cabinets for the living room, they look fantastic. We are very grateful!

We have placed an order with the Sofa and Chair and we have received a fantastic service starting with our reps Nikki and Allison who worked continuously with the factory to meet our tight deadline, carried through on to the delivery team where Akim has been very aprehensive of the urgency of our order, and finished off with Costi and Jason who exceeded our expenctations and gave us a helping hand with a task which was not in their job spec.
Overall we have been very pleased with the service and the products and we will definitely use Sofa and Chair again as we have used them many times in the past. A company that you can truly rely on, to have your products delivered in time and to the highest standard and quality.
