This is our second order with S&C and very happy with the experience again. Since we knew Eliza from our previous order, we made an appointment, and she helped us the selections of fabric, materials etc for our sofas. Ida was great assisting us during the final production and delivery arrangement and on the agreed date, the delivery team Costi/Mariusz/Sofyan/Catalin got in touch and promptly delivered the sofas smoothly and took all packaging away. Very efficient and professional. Thank you again S&C!

This company has failed to honour its terms and conditions. Luxsale is part of Sofa and Chair Company. Our sofa arrived damaged. We informed them of the damage. No one responded. We asked for a refund within 14 days. They finally arranged to try to repair the damage to the frame but made it worse. Unbelievablely they are now saying that we told technician how to repair it. They are now trying to offer us a refund with a restocking fee: “If you wish to proceed with the refund, please note there is a subject of 45% restocking fee.” Since November 2022 they have been ignoring my emails.

I ordered 8 dining room chairs and have no quibbles about about the quality of the product. However, the customer service and delivery were dreadful. It took six and a half weeks from full payment and numerous phone calls to get my order delivered to Aberdeen, despite spending £540 for the privilege. If you live outside the immediate area, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from Sofa and Chair. Bespoke Sofa London and LFL provided much better service.

Delivery was seamless thanks to Costi/Marius/Catalin/Soufyan access was difficult as forth floor but the team knew exactly how to manoeuvre. Very grateful for such amazing service from consummate professionals. Thank you all Costi/Marius/Catalin/Soufyan :)

The delivery guys Cata & Soufyan called me just before delivery to let me know they were on their way and made sure I was completely happy with the furniture before they left.

I am an Interior Design Consultant and used Sofa & Chair Company for the first time for a large project which I specified early in 2022 for a two-phase contract, the first of which was due for delivery on November 4th.

I cannot find enough words that are good enough to critique the entire experience, worthy of far more than 5 - stars.

From the visits to their beautiful showroom to the wonderful service, knowledge and professionalism shown to us by Tanya Wazir and Allison Tam, I must also wax lyrical about the quality of their furniture and the high standard of their upholstery.

Add to that that, not only were the goods were ready on time, but outstandingly impressive was that they were delivered to site also, as promised, on time and by four of the most charming and helpful delivery team : Mariusz : Costi: Catalin and Sofyan. They brought the goods into each of my clients rooms, unpacked the items, removed the packaging from site, put all the furniture in place and ensured all was installed correctly and in working order. They were respectful of the freshly laid carpets and removed shoes whilst taking great care of freshly decorated surroundings.

I cannot express, from a professional point of view, how superb this entire experience was. There was absolutely nothing wrong with any of the large order we placed, it was delivered on the day of a designers 'setting up' in readiness for a client reveal and by an experienced, overtly helpful and smiling delivery team that cared.

I have no desire to use any other company in the future and can say to anyone reading this, particularly members of the general public, that you are in the finest hands with an experienced and knowledgeable company who back up their marvellous marketing, wonderful website and service, with product you can trust.

As I said - 5 stars are simply not enough.

Costi and Soufyan took great care with our delivery. They respected our new carpets by unpacking downstairs and taking off their shoes. The positioning of the headboards was perfect and they left everything clean and tidy afterwards. Thank you both and lovely smiles too 😊

Excellent delivery by the team Costi, Marius, Catalin and Sufiyan when installing the bed. All in all it was a fantastic job and great quality furniture. The team took care of the furniture to ensure I was happy with the final result. I’ll be sure to use them again as I was really happy with the service.
