Shopping at the Sofa and Chair company is a joy. The selection available is endless so there is something from everyone. The quality of the furniture is of the highest standard. We would highly recommend you visit their amazing showroom to fully appreciate what is on offer. The staff are wonderful and give you their undivided attention. We had Lorenzo assist us who was lovely, polite and helped us design our bespoke furniture. We cannot thank him enough.

Spent a very productive and enjoyable 4 hours with Lorenzo looking for dining room furniture and occasional chairs. We chose the furniture and fabrics in very short order and this is testament to Lorenzo's helpful, knowledgeable and patient approach. He is also great with colours and knows what will and wont work which saves a lot of time. Highly recommend the SC Company and especially Lorenzo. Ciao!

We recently received our sofa from The Sofa & Chair Company. We've worked with Lorenzo Chiaraluce during the sale process. He is very professional, polite and replied to our emails promptly. The sofa was delivered by Mariusz and Catalin. Friendly team, efficient & quick, really great service. The sofa has 2 stains which we flagged to Lorenzo immediately. In a matter of minutes, Amanda Rincon from customer support has reached out to find out more and help with next steps. She was able to arrange a visit with Attila Banyoczky, head technician, to investigate the issue for the following day. In less than 1h, Attila has successfully removed the stains. He was very professional, knowledgeable, polite and gave us tips on how to best care for the sofa going forward. Overall, although extra emails/calls were part of the process, the customer service was great from everyone that we have spoken with. Thank you.

Lourdes' customer service is highly professional. Under difficult circumstances she kept me informed, responded to messages promptly, made the whole experience and process a lot easier than I had anticpated with the result of a very happy client.

The delivery was perfect. In time and they even managed to manoeuvre a number of unavoidable obstacles in their way. They were efficient and quick.

First of all the furniture is lovely, 2 chairs, coffee table and 2 ottomans.

Catalin and Razvan delivered the coffee table and really happy with the service. My floors were oiled at the weekend and they arrived, looked at the floor and immediately took their shoes off to deliver and allow me to inspect without me asking.

Delivered and assembled a massive bed frame to the third floor (very tight stair access) with great care and attention.

they were friendly, professional and meticulous to ensure the bed was assembled perfectly - down to the very last centimetre! Removed all rubbish and even hoovered after some drilling. Definitely recommend them and thank you to the amazing service provided by Catalin & Razvan!

We have bought beautiful furniture from The Sofa and Chair Company since a decade and were always very impressed with their customer service. Asher went out of her way to help me choosing fabrics for our latest purchases and to advise me. This time a couple of light dust stains had been noticed on a sofa cushion by the great delivery team, and immediately Lourdes from customer service got in touch with me, apologised and suggested various options of solving the problem. Two days later a professional cleaning service turned up, removed the stain and problem solved. Lourdes immediately checked with me if I was happy with the result and re-assured me I could always get back in touch. She was amazing and extremely helpful, we very much appreciate the level of effort put in and can not recommend them enough!

Superb job from Catalin & Mujtaba, lovely guys, nothing was too much trouble, navigated a driveway that was mud and rubble and treated everything with utmost care. If only there were more people like C&M in the world! Many thanks
