This company take your money and don’t deliver the goods. Have tried to contact them via email and phone and don’t reply. Bank now investigating issue

Update: Further to your reply the details you requested were sent straight away. I tried to call you on several occasions before writing the email however your phone lines constantly said your mail box was full.
Update have just resent you the email again.

I returned my items to the address indicated on the order /receipt but no one was there to pick it up from parcel force .
They answered my email and gave a different address to return the items.
Since then they have not answered my calls or emails .The items I want to return are in a parcel force depot 150 miles away and doesn't look like I'm getting my money back feel like I've been scammed

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews. It got me worried after I ordered but it came via evri in good time. It was an absolutely huge throw and for the amount I paid was a huge bargain. Good quality 100% cotton, in perfect condition. Very pleased with my purchase. Will likely purchase another for my other sofa.

Review on sofa throws from The Sofa Throw Company:
We ordered two throws that were dark blue to cover our two new beige sofas and because we have dogs we did not want light coloured throws. They arrived approx. in just over a week, we put them on the sofas which looked good until we noticed we had blue dye on our hands from them. We immediately took them off and contacted the company where they said it is on their website about colour transference on taking another look at their website we found where it states this but it is in an obscure place at the very bottom of their page under the heading 'Care and Instructions' - if we had noticed this warning we would never have ordered them. We thought that because we were charged £10 delivery we thought it would cost that much again to send them back but it cost £6-95 including insurance!
In fairness to them they did refund our £50 for the throws but in our opinion they are overcharging on delivery costs which is non refundable.
Will not order from them again. Not happy!

Throws arrived in a matter days, fab quality and great customer service. Would recommend to anyone looking for top quality furnishings.

Please don’t give them your money. This is a very dodgy company. I have tried to send their poor quality throws back to the address given to me by The Sofa Throw Company and despite attempts by Parcel Force to deliver they clearly do not appear to accept returns from the delivery companies! It all seems very dishonest! When phoning a man answered said there was a problem with the line and hung up, emails were unanswered.
I have opened a dispute through PayPal so it has forced a reply from the company who say if I return them, they will give a refund!! This all sounds like a scam.

Placed irder for curtains and a blind. Money left account. I then noticed the curtains I ordered were no longer on the website so I tried calling to query, no one ever answers phone. Tried emailing and filling out online contact form. Goods not received after a week. I then found their Facebook page had lots of negative reviews by people either never receiving their orders or refunds. I called again and left an angry message. Next day a woman called Toni called. She said they have been moving premises in last few days and have had telecoms and technical issues. She also said the stock of the curtains I ordered got damaged in the move so she pulled them from the website. She said she has issued me a refund and told me they will have some more in stock in a few weeks. When I mentioned the reviews on their Facebook page she said “what Facebook page? I’m not aware of it and they are false because we have been in business 30 years”. I’ve since read the other review about getting a call from Toni…..remains to be seen if I receive my refund!? Something very strange about this company. Incidentally the address they give on their website for returns is a different address and when you Google it it is a flat in a normal residential house on a residential street…very strange. This company also isn’t listed on the Governments Companies House database.

Update:
To my surprise I have actually received the money back into my bank account. However I will still avoid this company in future, too many bad reviews and things that just don’t add up.

Be careful order with caution ! Ordered some sofa throws for myself and recived them with no issues, About 6 months later when showing the throws to my parents they wanted some so i ordered them some at £70 for two throws.
(Luckily ordered via PayPal !)
A Week went by and i reived a shipping email ect with the expected delivery date, however the delivery date come and went and still no sofa throws ! So waited a few more days and still no sofa throws, when looking on the DPD tracking infor they said they have not recived the items in order to deliver them. So tried to get hold of someone at the sofa throw company which was difficult to say the least so i was concerned the company had gone bust with the covid ect so i called paypal to put the money on hold ! Finally got an email back from the sofa throw company someone called Toni explaing they will look into where they have gone and in the mean time if i can take the payment block off hold via paypal they will resend the sofa throws. So i call paypal and they advised that i dont do this as this is a common scam they have seen time and time again as once ive asked to take off the hold i have no way of getting my money back shouldnthe good not show up so left its as it was. They advised i got the new tracking info ect before hand and to wait till i actually recived the items. Any to my suprise i recived an email from the company yet again with a new delivery date which again come and went when looking at the tracking DPD again said they havent recived the item in order to deliver. So i emailed Toni aaagain to ask whats going on... Ive recived No reply to this day ! Stay clear people stay clear ...

Don’t bother with the sofa throw company, slow dispatch, received the wrong items, can’t get through by phone, so contacted them via their online email, still no response, they are obviously not interested, they just take your money .AVOID AT ALL COSTS☹️
