I ordered 3 Nhandu species as part of a deal being offered by the spider shop. Unfortunately, I received 2 of the same species. After sending an email with photos to the company, I received a response within an hour apologising and stating that they would send out the missing species of the genus for free. I have dealt with this company on many occasions and have found them to be the best online invert business. Communication is great, and I have always been happy with my purchases. I can’t recommend this company enough. Great work guys!

Recently ordered from here and had a brilliant experience from start to finish, wanted to add to my order and Sam was very responsive and helpful. One item was forgotten from my order but after a quick email it was sent out right away and I couldn't be happier, all ts are in great health and I can confirm all have feed after today and are doing great. Absolutely brilliant used them a few times now and recently got a mystery box - was awesome! Won’t ruin it but definitely worth it great variety of things! Wow it’s hard not to give anything away haha. But if you have any reservations take the trust you have in this and buy the mystery box.

Firstly I just want to say the team are amazing so one of the mantis I ordered came dead the friendly helpline shipped a new one as soon as I had reached out to them. The mantis's look amazing and very healthy! I really love this online store and would 100% recommend them.

I've ordered through the spider shop a good few times now and I have literally zero complaints. Each order has been well packaged. The communication is excellent (thank you Sam) and they clearly go above and beyond to ensure their customers have a positive experience.

With the cold weather they were very careful of sending their livestock by post, so it was delayed a few days, had received my order alive and well, very good price too, very glad and grateful for them sending it with the best chance of survival

I've received multiple orders from them over the last few years, and have never been disappointed.
Every animal has arrived (and still are) stunning, strong and healthy.
Delivery is quick and fine tuned, from extensive packaging (including heat packs when necessary) to timing (avoiding really cold weather).

They obviously have a wealth of knowledge and experience, so are a great resource and starting point for your journey into Arachnids and all other creepys. I can't recommend them enough!

I've placed a number of orders with them and they've always been fantastic, everything is always well packaged with ecological materials and their pricing is usually on point or lower than elsewhere. I'm honestly disappointed if they don't have something I want and need to find it elsewhere. Even the corkbark I've ordered from there has been fantastic (every other experience I've had ordering it online has been thick, flat slabs of bark I've had to carve down to curves, whereas from TSS it's lovely tubes with no filler, just the bark and very cheap at that).

The only minor niggle I've had is if you order small (non-living) things from them alongside a large order it's loose in a large box and given the packing peanuts can be a nightmare to find.

This morning, I received my second order from The Spidershop and I have to say that on both occasions, I was met with fantastic customer service. It's worth mentioning that at the time of my order, it was peak for the parcel network... Add to that the pandemic and it makes things very difficult to do business. Still, these guys were brilliant at keeping me informed on both my orders and when making my mystery box, took my needs into consideration and sent some beautiful spiders. Very happy to say that I will be a loyal customer to a good solid seller.
