Would NOT Recommend. I read some of the reviews and I must say that I’m shocked about the good ones. Have I been the unlucky one? I ordered 2 plants, one of them is literally dry and dead, leaves look like they’ve been burned, the pot is cracked. The other one should have had 100 cm and it has 90 if I’m calculating the stick that’s holding the plant. From Friday, I sent emails after emails and no one bothered to respond. Very very dissapointed! I will post videos and photos to convince yourselves that this company is not trustable! Thank you. I should have ordered from Oxy Plants but thought to give these guys a chance. Now, they wouldn’t respond to my request for receiving my refund and returning their plants back. Cheap Service! Better pay more with Oxy and receive a fantastic service. What a shame!

I had a great experience with my recent purchase with The Stem. I spoke to Maddie quite a bit with a few of my concerns and she was always so helpful and responsive - I really really appreciated that! Also, not to forget - loved the plant as well. Coming back for more real soon :)

The Sanseiveira was amazing and exceeded my expectation. All the leaves were healthy, well grouped together and vertical. I have never seen such a plant on any shop
The Orchid, its leaves and roots were very good but for that price I was expecting three spikes/stakes as was published on your website. Photos will be updated on the website to reflect that.

The plant I ordered is lovingly called Mother-in-law's tongue. It is a beautiful tall, sharp leafed plant which arrived in great condition with the two planters I had ordered in a dusky pink colour. The plant is now gracing my guest bedroom, looking very stylish 😎

This was a 5* review as previous interactions had been good and it led me to invest into The Stem via Crowdcube. Since then they have not had any communication with investors and not sent the investors the promised perks/rewards from their sizeable investment.

It’s the 4th time that I order or get plants from the stem as gifts. They’ve always been super healthy and gorgeous. When I mistakenly bought the wrong size pot, it was replaced in no time and no hassles. Great friendly and efficient service.
