Excellent purchase

Excellent purchase.
Plants arrived in good condition with helpful guidelines on how to look after them.
Very happy with quality and cost.

Three plants, affordable, great delivery, great quality plants

i ordered a snake plant, rubber plant, and a fiddle leaf fig. Price was great, very affordable. i was able to select a delivery date, got text messages with updates, they arrived at the specified day and time.

Plants are great, full of life, happy near my south facing window, the fig and rubber plants are already growing new leaves.

i likely will be buying more plants from the stem in the future

Nice plant now delivered

There were issues with the original delivery due to staffing shortages. However, they did then go above and beyond to get it sorted. The plant is very healthy and came with a kind note of apology because of the issues. Thank you!

Finally same quality as in pictures

I am so happy with the plants I’ve recieved, they were as they are in picture, great condition and timely delivery. Highly recommended!
I hope you’ll soon have more variety :)

I ordered four different plants and…

I ordered four different plants and they we’re all damaged in the post. My zz plant had out grown it’s pot by quite a lot and therefore the pot had miss shaped and the only way I could get the plant out was to cut the pot and make a mess of the plant. I contacted customer services and all they did was compensate for the one damaged plant.

Sorry you were not 100% happy with your order. Your plants arrived with a little damage in the post, and we offered to send replacements for your ZZ plant and your Swiss Cheese or a voucher for £30.

You asked for multiple plants, which I asked you to clarify and then you requested a refund.

We refunded the Swiss Cheese Plant in full and you have kept all the plants, which should all recover from their journey!

I ordered 2 Elephant Ear plants and was…

I ordered 2 Elephant Ear plants and was advised they would be delivered in the next 7-10 days but they came a bit earlier which was great and the plants are truly beautiful so healthy! The service was great and the fact the plants look so healthy I will be advising friends and family! Thankyou so much

Be carefull ordering from them

Be carefull ordering from them. When you go to pay looks like the cost does not include delivery, actually said 0 cost but then once I paid I was charged an additional £6. Only realised after I paid. Not happy. Not transparent
