I bought 4 indoor plants for my wife's birthday and she is extremely happy with them!! My only criticism is that it would be nice to have a little more care info with each plant.

Fab comms from James when I reached out regarding delivery to my house in West London, he bent over backwards to ensure I got the delivery as required. The plant looks even better than the photo suggested and delivery was prompt and professional. I will definitely be a repeat customer and I am happy to recommend this firm. Thanks.

Super efficient customer service and delivery! I accidentally placed an order twice & they resolved the issue very quickly which was a relief!
I’ve ordered plants from a few different sites before but the delivery from The Stem was a much more considerate way than the others! They wrap the plants in nice paper and string, which feels like a little gift! & they had bamboo sticks to prevent them from getting crushed during transit. Plants were well watered and healthy on arrival!

I’ve been wanting a money tree for a while now and when the advert popped up on my Facebook page I thought I’d treat myself! Delivery was quick and well packaged. I’m so happy with it

Excellent service as usual. I have brought a few plants from stem all a beautiful addition to my home. The plants are beautiful it just a little difficult for me to select the right plants for my home as it is quite warm even without the heat on. Plants that can survive the warm environment were hide to find. But stem plants are still alive so far only two died, footstool palm and yacca.

My 2 Areca Palms were massive and very full but what I was the most happy with was the hanging one I bought, it was a Pothos Golden advertised at 30cm length, it was atleast 1m in length which was just a massive bonus. Will defo buy again especially if you want to send me a massive discount code, its a fetish after all 😁

Ordered four plants and they turned up bone dry with much of the soil having fallen out of the pots. Two were in good order but the other two weren't. I felt the response from the company was somewhat patronising, particularly as the person who responded hadn't read my initial email properly. They offered me a discount from future purchases and stated I could contact them again for a replacement in a couple of weeks if the health of the plants didn't improve. It's taken significant effort on my part to get the two damaged plants back in good health, although one is still shedding leaves and am not convinced it will last beyond the next few months. Giving 2 stars for the two good plants but overall I wouldn't recommend this company.

Beautiful plant pot! I bought the Tivoli pot earth and looks even nicer in the flesh. Really good value too for something that looks so expensive

I ordered 2 plants from The Stem (my first order) and I must say I’m very happy with both my plants. They came taller than I expected and in a very healthy condition (no dry leaves). The packaging was lovely too. I’m already looking to order more products from this company.

Bought the Areca palm, parlor palm and snake plant. They were very well packaged and delivered by DPD without any damage. I loved the little details of the printed brown paper covers, the breathing hole in the box for the plants and the twine strings on the plants to hold everything together. Will definitely be buying more plants.

Very good service overall just wish they had a phone number!
