The speed and efficiency of this company are unmatched, great communication and speed when fulfilling my businesses orders I would recommend using them

I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, but unfortunately our experience with TSP Fulfilment has been extremely disappointing.

Over the course of our time with TSP, we encountered numerous operational and customer service issues, including:

1 .We raised concerns about a likely stock discrepancy on two occasions but were assured that no issue existed. However, when we moved our stock out, the missing inventory was discovered.

2. On one occasion, double the quantity of product was shipped to an end customer.

3. Two barcoded shipping labels were being placed on a single shipment, resulting in us being charged twice.

4. We repeatedly requested detailed, itemized monthly invoices but only ever received one.

5. Our account management was highly disorganized. Several emails went unanswered, and despite giving over a month's notice of our intention to move our stock, we were left waiting until the last minute for confirmations. This created unnecessary uncertainty and stress.

6. There was continual confusion regarding whether the warehouse was open on Saturdays. We were told that weekend collections were not possible, yet were later instructed to remove our stock on a Saturday.

7. The telephone number listed on the website was virtually impossible to get through on.

8. It took several months for an account manager to be assigned to our account.

9. TSP Fulfilment acquired our original 3PL provider, We Are Fulfilment. Despite there being no provision in our existing contract, TSP attempted to impose a minimum monthly spend.
At no point were we informed of this change in advance.

10. During system testing, we followed TSP's own instructions by creating test orders marked "DO NOT SHIP" using a fictitious delivery address. Despite this, the orders were picked, dispatched, and we were charged for some of them.

These are only some of the issues we experienced. We also encountered ongoing problems with poor customer service.

Ultimately, the accumulation of these issues left us with little confidence in the service, and we have since moved our stock out.

I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for this organisation, and Jane Tate in particular.
It’s rare these days to find really good customer service. But Jane was exceptional in amending the details of a large order of wood fuel to avert a potentially very awkward delivery to a wrong address at very short notice - and with no hint of frustration; just calm friendly and efficient operation.

We looked for around 5 different logistics fulfilment partners to help us deliver high value goods. They were extremely responsive and offered great expertise in this domain. Andrew at TSP also visited our premises to understand how our business operates and how they could incorporate this in their fulfilment plan. He was fantastic throughout the whole process. Although due to some internal changes we didn’t end up going ahead with their services, I would still definitely recommend TSP.

Working with the storage place has been a delight, their communication during the process has been amazing. We can’t wait to work with them again.
