Rented a unit today 8/26/20, the two young men working the office were very helpful and knowledgeable. Due to my hectic schedule, they made it very easy for me to access the unit outside of normal hours. These two young men ROCK!

My ecommerce business has been using the Storage Place for over 6 years. We've always found their fulfilment and warehousing staff to be a highly efficient, obliging and genuine bunch of people. On the rare occasions where issues occurred they've sorted them out swiftly with the minimum of fuss and have generally far exceeded expectations when compared to the other fulfilment centres we've come across. We were recently put in position where we had to migrate to a new fulfilment house at extremely short notice. Our goods are oversize and heavy and we had an extremely tight timeline.
TSP were not only able to accommodate us, they were able to deliver on all the on boarding promises they made which was very impressive. We've been in place for just over a month now and they continue to impress. All their work is extremely accurate and they have a close eye on the detail.
The whole team are knowledgable, friendly, diligent and great communicators. We couldn't be happier with everything they've done so far. They turned an extremely stressful situation into an extremely satisfying one and have nailed the 'day to day' since the move was complete.

The best warehousing company far and wide. The customer service we have received during our time with the warehouse has been above and beyond excellent.
