You took my order and the money and then decided you were 'out of stock', changed the order, refunded part of the cost without first asking me what I would like to do and sent me a small part of the order even though I said I would rather cancel. These were bought as presents for my 4 grandchildren, a small part of the order was no use to me.

Quick delivery Lovely woollen blankets. Bought two blankets one for car and one for bed. Excellent prices and bought a Clan coaster for a present. They were thrilled. The blankets will be appreciated in the cooler months to come. Couldn't be better .

Two days after ordering I got an email to say the item was no longer in stock so order cancelled.

I was very happy with my experience with Tartan Weaving Mill. Loved the merchandise and found the website easy to use. The prices were very reasonable and the shipping was quick.

Excellent product, good quality.

I ordered a Lindsay cape which was advertised as main colour red. Upon receipt, the cape was mainly wine and green. It was beautiful and I decided to keep it anyway. However, I was still pining for a red cape and considered re-ordering. I contacted the Mill to enquire as to what the correct colours should be because I didn't want to end up with two identical capes, neither of which being red. After a bit of tooing and froing, they said that the advertised colour was incorrect and that they did not have the red cape in stock. They did give me the option to return my cape, but that was not what I had wanted to do. It was all a bit disappointing and they were not very apologetic. Plus, going back on the site after the event, they have not amended the photograph either. So,what's the score, Tartan Weaving Mill? Woven some lies, maybe?

I ordered, I got, I sent back, my fault, money back.

Order from their website and they state 3-5 days for dispatch and then a further 3 days for delivery - I'm now on day 9 waiting for it to even be dispatched, I've contacted them and been told its been marked as priority and my delivery has been upgraded but still waiting for it to be dispatched. Customer services take a while to respond and the overall service is awful.

I live in the UK, it shouldn't take this long to get something nationally and I'll definitely think twice about ordering from them again.

The ‘Scotland Rugby Shirt’ was bought for my 3yr old granddaughter. It is well made and fits perfectly. Highly recommended.

They cancelled my order without notification, when I contacted them they kept coming up with different reasons for the cancellation. The communication with the service department was poor, they could not remember what they had said previously, they blamed the warehouse for the issues, it is still the same company!

Ordered 10 days ago, not received anything. Then told there was a ‘stocktake’ for a week then cancelled my order 4 days later without permission.
Wouldn’t recommend, very poor service and communication.

I just wanted the item to go with my kilt

Shopping on the Tartan Weaving Mill website is very easy. I initially came for one item, but have been back a couple of times! Wonderful selection of great quality products, and a good search function to see options available. Service is excellent - appreciated the communication throughout the delivery process.

Order not fulfilled and only notified days after purchase. Delivery is woefully slow.

We discovered and purchased several items from Tartan Weaving Mill after a recent visit to Edinburgh. Upon returning home to the US ordered a couple hoodies and sweatshirts which were not only high quality but arrived so fast! After the initial purchase I returned to the site 3-4 more times through the fall, each with great success! Highly recommend shopping with Tartan Weaving Mill, you’ll be glad you did!
