Had an issue with a Product that arrived damage.

Received an apology and offer of refund within 24hrs

Ordered a blanket throw, wrong colour arrived. They won't reply to my emails, stuck with the wrong product which I don't want. Customer service is non existent by the looks of it.

Ordered two items, and my order was cancelled after payment taken. It was cancelled because they had no stock. Called them because their website still had them as available and was told that if your order was cancelled it was because the items did not pass quality control, but no-one actually checked. A few days later the items were back in store inflated by 50% but still marked down from their original sale price. Draw your own conclusions. Will not deal with this company again. Posted comment on Facebook and post was deleted.

I recently ordered three items that were on sale. A few days later I was emailed saying the item i ordered was unavailable and i was quickly refunded the cost. A few more days later i was refunded for the other two items. So i ordered 3 items and received none. This was very disappointing. The refund was prompt. I have purchased once before without any issues and the quality of the goods were excellent.

I love them, they are Xmas gifts for coworkers!!

I ordered some knickers with the saltire cross the item is described as extra large I don't know what world they live in but what came wouldn't fit the proverbial budgy they are tiny they cost more to post than the item itself which has given me a laugh at 2.99 if nothing else

I ordered an item on 13 September. My credit card was charged in full on the 14th. It is now the 26th and the tracking link is still saying the order is being prepared. I accept that the actual shipping time to Australia is longer than a local delivery but it shouldn’t take over a fortnight before it is even shipped. And payment certainly shouldn’t be processed until shipment. I am hoping that the item will be worth the wait.

Delivery to Sydney only took 4 business days. I was impressed with the speed of delivery, Great quality product that’s affordable. I love the unique design as hate to be seen with same design as others.
