They were with me every step of the…
They were with me every step of the way. Whenever I had any questions they would respond right away. Tatiana was really great in seeing that I was taken care of. After I filled out their paper work, everything moved forward without my involvement.
Suddenly I received notice from the IRS that they were not going to try to collect my back taxes.
I was not only grateful but owe this company a lot.

I’ve been getting all kinds of calls that tell me they can eliminate our tax debt. All that was done to date is stopping any further collections. $3000.00 is alot to pay for just that.

I’m grateful that J&M Tax office was…
I’m grateful that J&M Tax office was able to Identify the problems with my taxes. They were able to start the process with the IRS to resolve my taxes. I was not happy with the cost to complete the process, $1,500.00 seems very expensive. I’m currently satisfied with their work, hopefully the amount I owe will be resolved soon.

Less than half the job done and I still have to pay them and your company
The feds had me for10 to 15k garnishing bank account due to $ I took from retirement due to a failing restaurant. You guys only stopped the garnish but did nothing to lobby irs feds to give debt relief and I am still paying tax resolver for the service with no change or relief from its as for years to come no refunds to me from the feds. Really bad deal you guys left me in. Where is the trust in that?
