Wanted to update my pensioner laptop but didn't much fancy the current prices for new equipment. Checked out a number of possible suppliers and liked what I saw about these folk.
Not disappointed! Purchased Dell Inspiron which was hard to tell from brand new when it was delivered.
It was described as having a "light patch" on the screen and, if I had not been told it was there, I would not have noticed.
Would have absolutely no hesitations in buying again.

I'd recommend buying from Tech Outlet.
Needed to replace my old Windows 7 with something more up to date but without paying too much.
I was wary of buying 2nd hand, thinking I might be buying someone else's problems, but after a month of use it's all good.
A few surface scratches on the top outer cover, but the rest is like new.
Quick delivery.

Stunning customer service, there’s clearly real people dealing with these web orders, who can take care of any special requests with ease. The item was delivered exactly when requested and they even helped sort out my numpty software issues because I’m a techtard and I don’t know how windows 11 works! I bought a refurbished PC and it’s streaks ahead of the brand new one I bought six months ago from the same manufacturer. It boots up immediately and does as it’s told as soon as you click a button. I’m not used to such response times! I’m already planning to buy my next refurbished machine in the very near future. Wish I’d come across these guys sooner - they deserve all the stars I can give x

What a great business
What a great business. I managed to mess up my Windows environment on the notebook they supplied and they spent a lot of time trying to help me get it sorted. In the end I sent it back and they rebuilt with Win 10 as I requested and back to me within a couple of days.

I was using a Laptop that was running on Windows 8
operating system that is losing all Microsoft support in early 2023. As I use my laptop for all aspects of running a home, finance etc, I had already tried to download Windows 10 without success as my old machine didn't have the required capacity. My only alternative was to upgrade to another Laptop. With new machines being so expensive I decided to look at refurbished machines. The Tech Outlet had the biggest choice of laptops at very good prices with fully upgraded Windows 11. For those people who like to know the spec of machine I purchased, it is a Refurbished Dell Latitude 3510, i5 10th Gen, 8GB Ram 256GB NVME SSD 15.6" Full HD Laptop Windows 11 Pro, with 12 months warranty. Saving on a new machine of over £600.00. I really recommend this company. I emailed them with a couple of queries before I purchased and they replied within the hour.
