My order is very well packed. It’s hard to unpack if you do not have scissors. The item arrived in very good condition. The delivery is well coordinated. Ted Ellis gives an email update when the order is out for delivery. They are also very responsive when you message their page. This is my third time ordering from them and probably not the last. Was rushing to look for a good present for my mom before new year and was so glad this shop accomodated me! It took quite awhile for them to respond to me in diff social platforms but when they do get to you its derederecho na!! They guide you until your item is secured and will constantly update on your status! Standard packaging could be better but I opted for a box anyw so it was safe! Item was in perfect condition too! All transactions including delivery was completed within 2 days 🤍 YAY
