Got my items immediately! My order from the Taylor Swift website was cancelled at the last minute. So I had to look for another store to buy the album because I was going to give it to someone for Christmas. Lo and behold I stumbled upon Ted Ellis, and luckily the items arrived quickly! The item was delivered on time. The item was delivered in great condition as the packaging was well thought and was presentable. However, the facebook page was not responsive to inquiries. And there was no notification about the status of the order and its delivery schedule. Great item but more improvement to customer service. Thank you.

It would have been easier to provide a hyperlink instead of the long explanation of the procedure such as, "you will receive an email where payment instructions are written then go back to webpage and click on 2nd line.."
