I already had an appointment booked for next week but decided to go along on Sunday to see if they could fit me in. I was surprised to find out that they could do my MOT straight away. The whole appointment only took 30 minutes. I was so happy. Very efficient and polite staff. I'm really glad I've found this place and will definitely book my MOT here again in future

Always take vehicles to the Test Centre on Medway City Estate. Always a great service. Timing is prompt, efficient and staff are friendly, notifying me as soon as car is ready for collection. 👍

Best hassle free mot service carried out professionally efficiently on time

If only all interactions with businesses were this straightforward. Booked online for a date and time that suited me. Arrived a bit early and they were about to start the MOT immediately. Big screen in reception shows the progress of the test. Paperwork all done and out the door in seconds once test complete. No BS. No upsell. No patronising. Just the test and the facts. Easily the best experience ever for a mundane task.

Visited the new Sheerness Centre yesterday for the first time. I was greeted with a warm welcome, the process was explained and the customer service was great! I would highly recommend for a quick and easy service.

I have been using the Test Centre for the past 10 years or so. They are honest in checking my car and doing the MOT as I have been to some other places where they will just say the wiper blades need changing even though they are in good condition to get some more money as you will just change it rather than coming back again another time.

Open seven days a week which is very convenient. Always nice and polite and you know you’re not getting ripped off like some garages do. Big thank you to the team at the MOT station. highly recommend.

This place is simply amazing honest straight to the point MOT testing at its finest in the best MOT test centre in the country in my opinion. You can kiss the smaller rip-off garages milking customers just because they have a test centre license goodbye. This is again the best MOT test center in the UK and the business model is something out of this world. I've taken a time to write this review because I believe this is just so fair for customers and I only wish this was around when I was growing up in the 1970s. Keep up the good work guys. The so amazing they even do testing on Fridays just for women MOT testers so if you're a lady and you want to do your MOT test going on a Friday. I would 100% recommend you take your MOT to be done here you will not be disappointed with their pure honesty. Thank you a very very happy customer.

Clean, tidy and professional.

Second time at the Dartford test centre with my campervan. Really nice friendly service. Seen promptly. Will be using them again this year for my wifes car mot. I will be recommending them to friends and family
