Another great experience at the Dartford test centre. Exceptional customer service. The staff all are very friendly and pleasant. I returned this year having had a great experience with them last year. Service is quick and efficient. Waiting room at reception is comfortable and warm. Will be using this centre as long as they keep up the amazing work and service.

Great service like always

Used The test centre in Dartford today for the 4th time. Had my BMW tested. As with previous appointments, my appointment was easy to book on line, and I arrived early for my appointment. I was fitted in to a earlier appointment slot, and was greeted politely and efficiently by a lady at the reception desk. All staff were pleasant, polite and professional. My car passed with no advisories and I was in and out in under an hour and a half. Truely a 5 star service. I will definitely use again .

I have been using The Test Centre for approximately three years and have had no complaints throughout that time. Their service is reliable and efficient. Appointments are well-organised and stress-free. Overall, my experience with The Test Centre has been very positive, and I would confidently recommend their services to others.

I have been here in Uk for over 30 years before to get mot you have to prepare yourself for a tips or no pass
I have seen some mechanic guy doing something to fail mot cutting the cv joint
Then I found this test centre , thrust , kind , helpful till today all my cars passed mot in there over 20 years

First class service. Friendly manager & staff. The car developed a problem (nothing to do with the MOT) which the lads who work there set about fixing in their own time (after centre opening hours). Absolutely astonishing. Very kind and considerate people. Not 'on the make' like other centres which are inventing or exaggerating issues to hard-sell their mechanic services and parts.

A bit like a pit stop. While they can’t do the test in under 3seconds they did complete it within an hour of my booked time of arrival. Excellent service. - see you next year.

One of my motorcycles was due for its MOT test. I got a reminder from The Test Centre sent to my phone. Very handy. I looked at the online booking page, found a suitable time and date and made a booking.
Turned up at the allowed time. The centre was busy with cars so I had a short wait as the only tester who did bikes was busy.
Once they were free they came into the warm and dry reception area to fetch me.
The bike test took an acceptable amount of time. Everything I'd expected to be tested was checked. No advisories necessary for tyre or brake pad wear this time.
Back to the reception area to pay and collect the certificate. Set up the reminder for next year and checked that my other bikes and the car were also on the system for a reminder.
All the staff I engaged with were friendly and helpful. It's nice to go there because you get a professional service. Would recommend.

On time, quick service and reasonable pricing. As a trike owner there are limited places that perform MOTs for that class of vehicle so this company are perfect for my needs.

I booked my newly acquired Kawasaki ZX10-R in for an MOT at the Rochester branch and I have to say the guy who does the motorbikes is amazing! I had some questions about my bike before he started which he was very happy to assist me with and he also advised me on a good place to get some work done on my bike which was very helpful.
The overall experience was first class from start to finish. Highly recommended MOT place!!
