I have changed my review as its now been delivered before Christmas like they said it would, I'm very happy with it my son is gonna love it!

Absolutely amazing!! Ordered 10th Dec arrived just now. Fantastic quality hoodie, my son is made up. No trouble wiv Customer Services as i didnt need to use them, just a shame some people haven't realised the pandemic and that people cant work like normal while trying to sort orders out which have probably been done from the comfort of their home. Delivery drivers need a MASSIVE thanks to the are sooo overwhelmed this year not just coz its xmas!!! Keep up the great work guys!!

Worst customer service going ran into financial problems as the majority of us are going through at the moment, and refused to cancel any orders. And have told me to wait until I get it to return it even though I tried cancelling 30 days before they even dispatched

Hi all just an update from my last post my hoodie has arrived yesterday it was exactly what it said on the tin and are please.... The tfg team said would be delivered by Christmas which it was so I give a 4 star review it would of been 5 star but the not knowing what was happening in the warehouse by holding on to the order for 10days is really poor in communication alother I had a reply to very email I sent very promptly it just the warehouse side that needs sorting thanks in the end and Merry Christmas x

Hoodie arrived this morning,brilliantly packed amazing quality, customer service was brilliant, i made a mistake on my original order form and they contacted me to correct it, quick responses. And in time for Christmas for my little girl, could not recommend high enough.

Hoodie came today and I’m over the moon with it , just be patient everyone it’ll come , I had problems with them replying as I ordered it on the 6th but it has turned up and I love it !! Thankyou

tgfbro is amazing and you have to understand that they are very busy and that all orders are being dispatched everyday. your order will come within the next couple of days, if you didn’t read the email you got it said “we aim to have your order dispatched by christmas” so be patient. my order is coming today and i ordered it on the 6th, that’s totally okay considering how much orders they have gotten including the pre orders. if you pre ordered your order will come the same time because it said on their page that it will get dispatched straight away when it actually drops. relax you will all get your orders before christmas, be patient. xx

I ordered the hoodie on the pre sale and still haven’t got it, no emails, no texts, nothing. I’m afraid they didn’t prepare it yet or it got lost or something and that it won’t be here by Christmas. I also ordered the rc car on the launch and got it 3 days later which was really good but I don’t understand how my hoodie hasn’t come yet. My hoodie is getting delivered through dhl express, can someone please let me know when it will be delivered?

ordered first hoodie on pre order then one on the 6th as a bundle with rc. still not had either parcel! no updates on order, panicing that they wont come for christmas !

As much as I love the tgf boys I ordered my hoodie on the pre sale night back in November and understand they have a lot of orders to do as of the 6th but I’m seeing people order theirs after me and still get it before and that’s the only reason I’m abit disappointed but I know it is arriving tomorrow as of now and love the look of the new hoodie this Christmas drop

Everyone’s chatting about them but you have to think, they have a lot of orders and shipping to do and so do DPD plus they had extra stock this time. I ordered on the 6th and got it today which is only 11 days so it’s quite good and I think the hoodie is very good quality, heavy, I love how it’s embroidered and the lunch box is bigger than I expected and love how stickers came in it

I have bought the new hoodie 11 days ago and they still haven’t started picking it’s still in the warehouse and it’s for my little brothers birthday on 22nd I’m fuming

I have never ordered from the TGF store, but could anyone tell me why I haven’t heard about where my order is?
I have downloaded the “shop” app after paying £76.95 which is not the sort of money I want to waste. I bought the RC Car Hoodie on the 6th December 2020. It is now the 16th of December and I haven’t heard anything.

To all the people saying their order from November hasn't been shipped, ITS A PREORDER. It says it when u order it that the November drop was a preorder and the December drop was the normal one. I haven't received my hoodie yet, but they probably have lots to ship so that's why if hasn't come.
Edit: my hoodie arrived yesterday, which was later than they said, but I got early access to the next drop and my next order would be sent out first so it doesn't matter that it came late. They are also really good quality hoodies.

The hoodie is perfect however my lunchbox came all dented because dpd must have thrown it about in the van as the top of the box was ripped. I emailed the store with all my photos of it and jake replied very quickly and they are sending me another box after everybody else has got theirs. It was also a present which ruins it even more! Just a thought thy should use bubble wrap to wrap it instead of abit of paper

i bought 4 of the blue theme park hoodies only problem being with one of the hoodies the blue ink in the fabric has faded like its had sun exposer/bleach effect yet washed it twice since i had them as dont wear it to much. but i dont wont to give tgf a bad review as i have had several products and everything else was excellent.
