Avoid!! Don’t buy from these people. Take your money and don’t send anything out.

Don't use this company!! They scam honest hard working people out of their hard earned cash!! Ordered items in mid Feburary was still waiting on them a month later with no update from the company. Got fobbed off a few times and have only just received my refund which is short £4. Since I have not had a delivery of my items not sure how my refund is short!!! Shouldn't be so hard to either get items or a full refund!!! Steer clear at all costs. Scammers!!!!!!

I ordered a traphat and an oversized jumper. The hat never arrived and despite several emails I eventually had a message saying they were sorry, how frustrating this was and the hat would be sent asap. I then opted to cancel the order, didn't hear anything and then several weeks later the hat arrived. It was too small and now unsuitable for the warmer months. I loved the jumper, it was soft and looked great but after a few wears the zip fell off. I'm also having to cut loose cotton which regularly frays from various parts of the jumper. Such a shame as their clothes look great but the quality and service has unfortunately let them down.

Ordered a pramsuit from the tiny human store, not only has the service been fantastic but the product itself it absolutely adorable. Such good quality! Will be ordering more for sure.

Bought a couple of items on 28th Jan but had to get in touch with the store on 11th Feb to prompt delivery after not receiving them or hearing anything. The person who responded to my message was apologetic and said this was due to a bereavement and that they’d be sent out that day. I received them but one of the items was too small. Store sent info about sizing and said that a replacement in the next size up would be sent out.

Had to contact again on the 19th feb as I hadn’t heard anything about the replacement item. Got a message on the 22nd saying ‘sorry, it’s been sent’. On the 1st March I still hadn’t received it so obviously, this was a lie. Contacted again and expressed my frustrations and was told that with it being a single parent business and that kids were off school that they are just wading through.

I am very empathetic to this issue but I’m not empathetic to being fobbed off and lied to.

If orders are behind and things aren’t getting done, customers who have paid for items need to know about this. They deserve to know if there’s going to be delays. There are obviously a lot of unhappy customers looking at this page. All the good reviews seem to be ‘invited’ rather than people wanting to give good feedback on their own.

Still today on 6th March I haven’t received the replacement. Was sent another message last night saying that I should receive it in another couple of days

I recently ordered the first time from the tiny human. I purchased a pramsuit and romper. The quality is great and the colours are beautiful. So many wonderful items to choose from. Order arrived within two days. Will definitely be ordering again, thank you!

My parcel arrived extremely quickly, and I’d couldn’t be happier with the level of customer service. There was a slight issue with payment on my behalf, but the store refunded immediately, and I was able to confirm the payment. Also, the quality of the jumper I received is outstanding!

Sadly a very negative experience for me and I certainly won’t be shopping again.
To be honest I’d thought I’d been scammed the experience was that poor however reluctantly giving 2 stars because in the end I did actually receive 2 out of the 3 items ordered.
Firstly, they took weeks arrive (and I would say I’m fairly patient/aware of how COVID/Brexit is causing delays, however no update, help or apology). Tracking number couldn’t be given either.
Secondly, the communication with the store owner was very difficult; emails never replied to, when they were, they were generic responses with no helpful information in etc. Didn’t receive responses in the timeframe I’d been promised.
I also tried direct messaging on Instagram (given the activity on the page, I hoped this might reach the owner more easily) but very delayed and unhelpful responses (eg child been unwell, will pick up later - but never got a reply).
When the items arrived they came in a cheap plastic bag, no branding at all. The clothes were wrapped in cheap clear bags with Chinese writing on and were nothing like the images, also terrible, synthetic quality.
Totally appreciate there are many small businesses under pressure at the moment and personal circumstances can impact on service but other small businesses I use have been far, far more helpful, more communicative, and ultimately have product that is quality.
It’s such a shame as I love the aesthetic but sadly a case of good marketing/style over any actual substance or care for product or service.
Do not recommend.

Really reluctant to leave a bad review for a small business but feel others need to know before risking an order. I ordered in November, it is now the middle of February and I still haven’t received the order. I have had to contact them every time to ask where it is and get an ‘apologies for the inconvenience’ reply and told to expect it that week. It doesn’t arrive, I contact again, repeat. Nearly 3 months from ordering and they simply don’t seem bothered.
Update (Feb 18th) I’ve had more communication in one day than I’ve had since November. Apparently I was sent a refund back in January. A refund I didn’t want (I wanted the items) nor ask for. I wasn’t told about the refund being sent until today, a month later. I’d been in touch twice since said refund was sent and told twice the parcel was on its way (which it wasn’t) having previously been told it was lost twice. Seems fair to update the review so it’s accurate.

Recently came across this beautiful shop on Instagram. Just made my first purchase and I am delighted with the service & product.
I bought a coat for my daughter & it was posted out the same day. It arrived yesterday and it is beautiful & such great quality.
Would highly recommend and I can’t wait to make another purchase soon!!

If I could give zero stars I would! Ordered adult dungarees on 26 November. Eventually arrived, after several emails that took forever to be answered, on 8 January. Wrong size, wrong material and with a back pocket sewn on sideways!! STILL waiting for full refund despite returning immediately. Avoid like the plague. Worst customer service ever experienced and very very poor quality item when eventually it arrived.
