Poor product and even poorer customer service

I purchased two items from this company as they were offering a competitive price online. A huge error, while it was cheaper the toy arrived missing an eye. I emailed the company with a picture and received no reply for a number of days. When I was sent an invitation to review the product I sent a follow up email to the company saying I would like a response. The reply I received stated that apparently they thought emailing a picture of a toy missing an eye when it was painted was merely an observation? They said I could return, at my own expense for a refund. I asked if I could just get a replacement for the part that was faulty, obviously not quality checked if it had one eye. I received a pretty rude reply saying that hand painted items can be missing eyes, mouths or noses and it’s just part of the character? Apparently if I want an exact clone of a toy I should return it and buy a mass produced toy. I like buying wooden toys for my children and I love Tenderleaf but I would also like them to have all their eyes painted on thank you. I would not recommend this company and would suggest you avoid. I would rather pay a marginally higher price and receive good customer service when a faulty item has been sent.
