Rang Trainline and spoke to a lovely customer services assistant , whose name was Sahil. I haven’t had such great customer service in years. He was patient, informative and understanding. He answered my questions and solved my problems. He is a credit to your company.

Overall A Great Experience

Once you navigate the site for best train times and prices, then the rest is easy.
Good prices,Good response to sending out tickets and reminders of your forthcoming trip right up to when you board your train

outwood journey no seats

outwood journey no seats, had to stand all the way me and my son are disabled. return journey trains delayed, no space on train, told to get the later train at 20.18 when we went here told it was not going to retford. so no train on hull trains. we ended up buying a tcket for lner to get home and had to wait till 21.33 and even that was delayed, but we got home at 00.10 but cant fault lner they pulled the stops out putting us in first class and gave us free food and drinks. but hull was a disgrace and the service was bad.
