With an open return costing a small…

With an open return costing a small amount more being able to travel on on the next or subsequent trains if I miss a connection and also able to travel back the same day when I'm finished my visit.

I recently used Trainline for the first time

I recently used Trainline for the first time to book a train journey in another country, and I was relieved at how simple and straightforward the booking process was. Everything from selecting my destination to paying for my ticket was easy to understand, which made the whole experience stress-free. I appreciated how user-friendly the app and website are, especially for someone unfamiliar with the local transport system.

I use the train alot.

I use the train alot.. I have a veterans Railcard.. I bought a ticket to Bristol, unfortunately I didn't look close enough at ticket and after paying £40 I wanted to change the time to leave two hours earlier.. For me to change this was £60 on top of the £40 already paid.. that's crazy 😧 I tried to get a refund and it wouldn't let me.. so I had to buy another ticket £59 .. soo I lost £40 really not happy

Train was so over booked my boys had to…

Train was so over booked my boys had to stand for 1 hour 45 mins in the heat. Why another carriage was not put on ? It was a very unsafe journey. Paid over £60 to be left standing in an extremely over loaded carriage. Shame on the train line. To put lives at risk and be taken for granted. Needs to be sorted before something happens. Would appreciate a much needed response as to why this would happen and going forward what will change.

Pointless

Already paid a 59p charge to use them then booked singles instead of returns my fault I admit but costing me a lot more now i have bad eyesight and website isn't very clear then spent 20 mins online trying to change it finally called them waited on hold for about 15mins for them to tell me nothing they can do. Will not use them again find it kind of pointless anyway tbf

It was easy to sort out my ticket. And my senior rail card discount. All the information in the app. Made everything simple and helpful. Especially when it was time to show my ticket.

Bring back online tickets

Whenever I book train tickets, I usually get it online to use quickly on my phone. However, these days, I have to collect from the station which makes it inconvenient most of the time.
